   Service was extremely slow. Food was ok but a child could have served better. Expensive for their 'sumptuous lite bites'. Nothing sumptuous about them. Will never be back in Hilton. I have already emailed Hilton about our experience.

   It's a hotel bar and so a little more expensive than a local bar may be. There was a special Easter menu rather than the normal one which was a little disappointing as there was less choice available. The food itself was fine, portion size is good, not generous. Service was fast after ordering but the bar staff were rushed off their feet. They were always polite and courteous.

   £19 for 3 tiny, burnt slider burgers, and skinny fries that where as hard as nails - McDonalds saver menu fries would have been superior! Then, a 10% service surcharge on top ...Dick Turpin at least wore a mask...

   Really enjoyed No4! The food was good and the bar tender very informative on the range of drinks available. The food service was slower than I expected given that the bar wasn’t particularly busy for food. Ambiance was good and it is a relaxing bar with people from all walks of life. Would definitely go back and would recommend it

   Julia and Shiva were excellent looking after us all evening. Fantastic service - they went above and beyond.

   Fabulous decor, rich and luxurious. Food was delicious!!! Service was slow, in getting drinks and there attention. One gripe... when it came to the bill., we didnt even get to see it for ourselves. The young girl came with the machine and bill at the same time. We were a party of 4, she told us our total and still stood waiting.... we were slightly embarrassed and quickly split total by 4 and all paid the same amount. Looking back we really should has asked for a few minutes to check bill etc...

   Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing we Wer going to a concert so had booked a table for 5.30 and just as well we did. We didn’t get the table we had ordered no one came to seat us we had to go to bar to order as no one came for order when meal came it wasn’t correct I asked for condiments they didn’t come we asked for another drinks round the wrong drinks came! I honestly cannot recommend anyone to go here especially if they are in a hurry. The place itself is very nice and that makes it even more disappointing!! They def need more staff and a good manager!!!

    Had to leave after 1 hour 10 mins as we had a show to go see. Didn’t get our food.
