Amazing food,special attention!
It’s all about the view which is amazing. The windows could really use a clean and the furniture is not to the level of the rest of the place. Food is good service is great.
Everything was great except it was really cold. But the bartender gave me a blanket. I enjoyed my visit to Spire73
Amazing experience. The wagyu beef burger is always a great touch. The service was great and the drinks are delicious. Plus, who can dislike the breathtaking views?
Great place food & view… we love it. Nice drinks & obviously the service was very good as well.
I had a special request for my boyfriends birthday to get us a table with a view and they said there are no tables available.
After 5 mins, I saw the hostess offering the table with view to another party.
The food was not that great, it was under cooked and salty.
We ordered a whisky with ice and splash of soda and it was pathetic. I couldn’t even see the whisky in the drink!!!
The heaters were not working properly and wasn’t managed properly. The service was super slow and not efficient.
The place is just over priced and the only good thing here is the view.
I would have rather gone to a place with a moderate view and good food and drinks.
Excellent service, waiter attended us quickly was super nice and always had a great attitude with a big smile. Amazing view from the 73rd floor.
The staff at Spire 73 was very friendly and welcoming. My party and I enjoyed our dinner there.
Amazing view and exceptional service. Unfortunately, the food was a major let down. The waygu beef burger on brioche sounded like it would be delicious. Nope. Buns were way over-toasted and the spread really took away from the overall taste. The salmon was also disappointing. The poke appetizer was ok but we wouldn’t order it again. Cocktails were good though. It’s over-priced for the quality we received but you can’t beat that view.
Really beautiful views of downtown Los Angeles on the 73rd floor of the Intercontinental Hotel. Very windy and cold on top. Service was great but food was very expansive. You need to spend at least $60 per person to sit at a table. Food was just okay and place was expansive to pay at least $60 for a great view of the city on top of a skyscraper.
We are guests at the hotel and decided to dine at Spire 73. We ordered one of each appetizer. They were average at best. For entrees, we ordered a bone in rib eye and filet mignon, medium rare. The filet was ok but the rib eye came out well done. We asked the waiter to fix it but he said the kitchen was closed and that he would call a manager.
The alleged food and beverage manager (Linette) came out with an attitude and told us she would not take the steak back because we had eaten a piece of it. I explained to her that we were six people and that we would obviously have to cut the steak into a few pieces to try it. She refused to take the steak back and she told me if you hadn't eaten it I could take it back. Ridiculous.
We spent over $800 on dinner and she ruined the whole experience by fighting with us over a $70 steak. We will never be coming back here and I don't recommend to anyone.
Spire 73 may tower above Los Angeles but the restaurant belongs in the cellar. Over priced, the food was terrible, the service was really terrible and the ambiance outside of the view is that of a run down Irish Pub. If you want a romantic dinner this is not the place. Dirty sneakers, T shirts and old jeans is as common as those in a dinner jacket. A table for two shares the view with a sports bar and glaring televisions playing whatever game is on.
I proposed to my girl here by the help of the employees it was dope. Besides that everything & everyone had A1 service highly highly recommended
Good atmosphere delicious food
Need a lot of improvement for the food. Ordered 4 different food and all taste not good! The chicken is so chewy! I have to reordered again with a different one and still taste whatever. The chocolate mouse is so dry . Ordered two kind of desserts i can only eat one try and leave it. So bad !
Great place just make sure to bring a sweatshirt! It’s freezing on the top of rooftop!
Atmosphere and scenery stunning. Food was delicious. Service was friendly and very attentive. Mezze platter appetizer highly recommend!
The food was amazing. The fact that they provide blankets is clutch for the cold night.
Views and service were great, food was good but not up to standard for the pricing, definitely paying for the views more than the food. Still a fun experience though.
If you like very loud music on the 73 floor while you chew on some food with poor/slow service, this is your place to be.
The experience was great! & the vibes were outstanding ! Food was a little delayed but tasty! My burger did come well done when I asked for medium.. and a bit flavorless. Aswell as my anniversary request wasn’t met and seats were changed last minute to non-window seats.. even though they were plenty around.. Everything else was great!
The ambience was nice with good views of the city. The alcohol drinks are good and strong. My boyfriend loved his salmon dish however since I am vegan there was only one option. Though I do appreciate that there was a vegan option, it was not filling or flavorful. I would suggest they add a vegan burger or other vegan options. Overall, a good experience and staff was friendly and attentive.
The place and views are amazing but the food was just bad and service was not great either. As we were to be seated we were informed somebody else took our seats so we had to be seated somewhere else. The food was really not as I expected; the steak was dry and dessert seemed like it was made out of a pre-packed box that you buy from the groceries. And our waiter switched our bill with the next table's bill..so no, I don't think I would come back or recommend this place to my friends.
The service was really slow food was good when it finally came out.
This place would be so much better if the food selection was expanded.
Minimum of $50 per person dinner deserves a table cloth at least
I was expecting allot more out of this place. Everything was just okay, for the price I would think this place would have much better ambiance, décor, and food. I have been to other roof local top dinner places with similar pricing and they are ALLOT better than this. I will not be going back to this place unless it has a makeover.
Excellent service thanks
We went there for dinner and realized then it really morel of a bar scene then dinner. The views are beautiful city lights and seats at the window are stunning however really more of a bar with upscale bar food. My steak was good but not for the price. Overall average food overpriced for Sysco quality. Somethings are better than others but overall really beautiful bar and great burgers and steak the rest is average to below average. Service is tops our server went the extra mile.
Amazing city views, city vibes, and delicious food but very pricey. Loved it though!!
Absolutely beautiful ambiance! Amazing service! Go at sunset for the best view! Must spend $60 minimum per person plus 18% service charge & validated self parking is $16, just a heads up!
The entire experience as simply outstanding. Our server was excellent, very attentive, and knowledgeable. Our dinner was cooked to perfection, especially the salmon. Highly recommend the truffled Parmesan fries and kale Caesar salad. Great, panoramic views of Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.
Overall fantastic. I think it’s the best view in LA,, the food is good, the ambience is amazing. Also a very good idea for a date.
Great place with a a fantastic view and superb service...
Was there for my BD and had a lot of fun. Service was fantastic. Our server was really good and very attentive.
Was hoping for a sunny day but no luck. Was chilly between 5pm and 6:30pm but wind died down after a while. Thank goodness we had brought a sweater.
I would go again.
Sandra was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She made the restaurant even better than what it was. She knew the menu and all the best dishes. She was so sweet and kind. My friends and I were celebrating our birthdays and she brought us out cake and even sang to us. We will be back and requesting Sandra!!!!
I've been planning to go to Spire73 for over a year now. I was excited to spend my anniversary there having dinner but then what a disappointment. Food menu so small, food arrives literally as if I ordered room service. If you think of room service you have a plate with that silver tin on top that's how our plates were delivered. Final draw the food was so bland and boring. No flavor. My wife ordered a shrimp plate with mash potatoes which came out cold on the shrimp and flavorless on the mash, I ordered the filet asked for medium and it come out well. Tasted like cardboard.
Foods not cheap, you for sure pay for the ambience take a sweater you'll need it. I'll never go back real disappointment. I booked a room at the hotel just so I could enjoy my night with dinner and drinks and not have to drive home after. Save yourself money skip it. In LA we have so many better choices for food and drinks. Oh and be ready to get kicked out at 2hours. The host is very precise about that even on a Tuesday night with about 60% occupancy
Overpriced smallish portions. 60$ per person minimum (not clear on booking).
Food came out pretty cold. The restaurant was outside in a patio 73 floors up.
