   Terrible management. Restaurant was empty and they tried to make me sign a contract saying I’d spend $100 per person. I had 4 kid- no way I could have met that minimum. They refused to make an exception so we left.

   This spot here is on point. They’re giving West Hollywood vibes but located in downtown Pasadena, near all the shops and stuff. Great to stop by for a sit down or quick walk up to the bar, though space is limited at bar. I had a great time here. Loved: The vibes* 5/5 The decor* 5/5 Drinks - Summers Secret* (very yummy) 4.5/5 and the Strawberry Lemondrop. (Very pretty) 4/5 Appetizer - filet mignon skewers (sooo good) 5/5 and $10 ( $5 / 2) Parmesan fries 4/5 $8!!! Didn’t love: Chicken Kebab with the black rice. —$34 Marbled potatoes —$14 ^ I’ll just say NO COMMENT 😂 💃🏻….. The dinner menu and over all food options aren’t extensive, but they’re good. My friend and I left happy overall. We went there mainly to catch up over drinks, ended up sampling the items I reviewed. I can’t wait to return. I already have my next resy booked for brunch.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Lounge and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tastefully designed, creating a sophisticated ambiance that made me feel instantly relaxed and ready for a memorable evening. Overall, No Comment exceeded my expectations in every way.    We went on the earlier side before the DJ. The food was really good.. especially the branzino. Evelyn was the bar tender/server and she was absolutely wonderful and was extremely knowledgeable of the menu.

   I called ahead to request a piece of cake for my husband’s bday. They responded right away via text ensuring they would take care of it, which was great. When we got there, we had to sign a paper saying we’d be out in 90 mins. I’ve never done that but okay. On that piece of paper was the request for my surprise cake, which my husband saw, which ruined the surprise. Wasn’t happy about that, but mistakes happen. Dinner was okay. Spicy margarita was excellent. Lights were very bright. When the piece of cake was brought out, it was just dropped at our table with no candle. I apologized to my husband because I wanted this to be special and it honestly wasn’t. Our server Jordan and the manager were wonderful. I’d say they were the best part of the experience.

    We had an overall horrible experience. The food that was given to us was not worth the seating fee we had paid. They trick you into paying a certain amount and in the end add more to your final check overcharging you. 10/10 would not recommend.

    Such a shame that this place was built so beautifully yet the service sucks. Our waitress disappeared for a good hour and a half and we had no once come to check up on us. They over charge you on food and drinks so you’d think the service would be better. The food was pretty decent. Not bad but nothing out of this world. The vibes is incredible and the DJ does a great job so it’s definitely a fun place to be especially if you want to celebrate something. I’d maybe give this place another shot but I won’t be going in with high expectations.

    While our server was terrific, the host who greeted us was not invested in ensuring how much we were to enjoy our evening. Food was creative. Ambiance? With plenty of lush booths available, we were seated at a cheap, Formica two-top. Seemed more like a pub than a high-end restaurant with high end prices.

    Great service, we enjoyed the environment. We got there too early for the show at 9:30 but still had a nice time. The food was delicious—including desserts. Staff was very attentive, drinks were unique, would go back for a birthday celebration to enjoy the music and show.

    Food and atmosphere were terrific. The staff was friendly but not well trained. It's a wine bar, but there was no wine list. When we asked what the whites and reds were, the server said "wine." When we asked more about the wines, she said she wasn't an expert.

    I would say overall it was ok. I did not like the fact that we didn’t even get the chance to seat and the table receptionist pointed out that we have to leave after 2 hours for next reservation 👎. Food was amazing and the dancing girls was beautiful …. Another thing I would like to mention I had a guest oversea and ask to be provided with WiFi password in which I was rudely informed they don’t have it 👎👎

    This place is dead on Sunday and there is no entertainment and the food is overpriced. Their social media advertising is misleading and they don’t mention that no entertainment is provided on Sundays. We were a party of 8 and we walked out. We tried to get more information about the place before booking but no one answers the phone or returns email inquiries. Not a place I would revisit.

    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I booked a 10-person table on Wednesday. I called again on Thursday (to add 3 more people) and Friday to ensure they had everything for my boyfriend's birthday. We arrive Friday night and WE GET A 7 PERSON TABLE? Not only is the wrong number of chairs yet they tell my friends who arrived 5 minutes before me that "they have a family party" basically trying to cancel our reservation. The restaurant was at full capacity. Not even one chair or space for the servers to walk. I guess they are squeezing us in? The music was SO LOUD. Our eardrums were hurting until we left. For a good 35 minutes that we were waiting to find a solution for the tables, NO ONE came and even ask if we wanted water. I asked multiple times about an update and all they said was we are fixing it, we are waiting for the manager". Finally, when I threatened them to leave, they started doing changes. ADDING A TABLE THAT WAS BLOCKING THE PATH. ANY SAFETY INSPECTOR WOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY. One of their servers noticed the table blocking the path. He yelled at the hostess, because is irresponsible and NOT SAFE AT ALL to leave a table in the middle where people and servers walk. Half our party was outside waiting for an answer at the tables, and we got frustrated. We got 2 drinks and a food platter while we waited for "the manager" to fix this, and we decided to leave. One guy apologized while giving me a bill and I even thought after all this they would just apologize and not bill me for a mediocre hummus platter and 2 water down drinks that arrived so late to the table didn't even touch them. NO, THEY STILL CHARGED ME $100 for a ruined birthday dinner. This place portrays itself on social media as a fun place with shows and diverse music, but they lack something that matters the most... CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste your time and money here. There are much better places out in Pasadena and LA.

    My husband’s birthday it was the worst table I ever had next to the kitchen and bathroom. It was the worst experience with the speaker over my head. very loud place!!! Ambience is nice but the music is very extremely loud to the point that your head is pounding all night!!! That is not pleasant ! The music should be notched down. I didn’t want to even stay very long to even get his birthday cake!!!

    We made a reservation on Open Table for 10:15 on. Friday night since that was the earliest available. We called the restaurant to see if we can go earlier and hang out on the bar until our table is ready. We got there at 9:30 and waited for ever to get our table. Every time we checked on the hostess she told us they are waiting for some guests to leave so we can be seated. Finally, we got seated at 11:30. They gave us menus and didn’t check on us to get our order for another 15 minutes. When we complained to the waiter he said “the kitchen is closed”. Like the whole experience was a joke. They have a DJ and dancers so the guests will not leave once they’re done eating. We had to leave and when we told the hostess tbat we could not get food she was like “Awww okey”…. We were hAngry and there was in n out for the rescue… Never again!

    Went for dinner on a Saturday night and ended up with a show and some dancing (I believe live shows are only available on weekends). We had an amazing time! Food and drinks were above average. Entertainment was a welcome surprise (our first time here). Service was fast despite the place being packed. Staff friendly and attentive. Reservation highly recommended. This is not a place for folks who have aversion to noise as it can get really loud! Thank you for a wonderful evening, No Comment!

    If you like to have be able to eat, drink, listen to good music and party, then this is the place to be! So much entertainment you won’t wanna leave till the places closes! We’ve been there twice already and I can’t wait to go back! I suggest everyone to try it and just let loose!
