From the moment we arrived the staff was attentive and absolutely wonderful. We celebrated my cousin’s 30th birthday and had the best waitress, Kim, who educated us on the amazing food options. This was a good experience. The food was amazing!

No.9 has always been a favorite. They have a nice way of being formal in a casual way. Our waitress was A+ - and I don’t grade easily- was able to feel us out successfully and give us the service we expect. They make seared fois gras the way you hardly see any more, thank goodness someone still does. A through Z was well done. Nice to come back to after the pandemic- it’s still got it.

Funky R&B Music, unusual portfolio of menu selections matched with non standard wines, plus a confusing wine list. That said the oysters were as good as anything I’ve had in years. The duck was very good and the sorbet the best ever.

Overall: a fine experience. However, the restaurant did not have our preferred wine (listed on the wine menu); our server did not volunteer that our choice of appetizers was unbalanced; a changed vegetable was ignored. Granted, it was a busy Friday evening with stressed staff, but it's 9 PARK - RIGHT???

Really didn't like the back dining room - felt like grandma's 1970's basement. 9 course tasting menu was generally good but there was an average 15 minute gap between meals. We had to take one of our courses to go as we were going on 3 hours and by that point weren't even still hungry.

I thought she was fu$%ing with me when the hostess from @no9park promised to look into whether they could get the ingredients to make my grandmother's signature cocktail in time for our reservation. We were touched when our server brought us *stingers* -- and I still have no idea how on earth their bartenders were able to make brandy and white creme de menthe taste lovely. Magic, I imagine. My sister and I hadn't been out together alone in years and yesterday we were commemorating our grandmother's life over dinner and a Florence and the Machine concert. We were worried about running late for the show because I was coming from work... I knew I wasnt leaving us enough time. After dinner, we skurried over to the garden and i cant believe it but as we ran up the escalator and through the curtain, she was belting out her newest song *Free* -- the one I blast on my way home from work lately when it's been one of those days and nothing is going right. We had missed only two songs before it. Our server coursed our meal with exceptional precision. I'll remember for a long time what it felt like to be so well cared for. No. 9 park so seamlessly blends heart and intellect into the busyness of everyday living -- a Wednesday night's cathedral. I shall need no other stingers (straight up!). I shall need no other Florence shows. I have had the ones for me.

We love this restaurant. Perfect choice for our anniversary on our trip to Boston. Lalania, our waiter, was so knowledgeable, gracious, attentive and just a lovely person…..as was the entire staff. Our food…..heavenly. I had the tuna crudo and tagliatelle bolognese…..omg….the best. Husband had the prune stuffed gnocchi and Rohan duo of duck….he loved it. They also turned us onto ST. George green chili infused vodka for our martinis….amazing. WIll go back next time in Boston.

No. 9 Park is a monument to fine dining in Boston. It’s longevity is a testament to it’s excellence. Hadn’t been here in several years given the pandemic and it didn’t miss a beat. The service is excellent (thank you Peter), great cocktails and the food is fresh, delicious and expertly prepared. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We have always before sat in the front room with windows on the Common, which we like much better than the windowless backroom where we were seated last night. (I'll know in future to request the front room!) Also, the air conditioning was blowing right on me from a fan and it was quite chilly. I spoke to our waitress, who arranged to have the ac turned down, but it remained cool enough that I kept a light coat around my shoulders - not my plan for dining out. The food and service were excellent as always. Ruth McElheny

We had two cocktails which were both excellent and the tasting menu with wine pairings. The tasting menu was well-paced and delicious and all the wine pairings were great with their accompanying dishes. Definitely add the prune stuffed gnocchi supplemental course to the tasting as well: certainly worth the $15. Our primary server Brad, was very good, as were all of the support staff.

Service was horrendous. One server was assigned to EIGHT tables! He checked on us maybe 3 times, and the kitchen was very slow. Waited over 3 hours with long pauses between courses and ended up asking for the mains to go. We won’t be back.

Such a great experience. I took my partner here for her birthday and everything was excellent. Brad was our server, and he was the best. He knew everything about the food and wine, and was very personable. The food was beautiful and delicious. Only knock about anything, and it's very minor, was that it was very chilly in the dining room. We will definitely be back.

As always, No. 9 Park comes through with a great combination of food, service and ambience. The menu had some new items and some old classics, all of which were great. Also, always like that they have fantastic vegetarian options. Super wine list. And the service last night, as always, was spot on attentive. Servers there are real pros who know the dishes and the wine, without being pretentious. All and all, a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning.

Not the standard of cuisine we had hoped for. The octopus was extremely dry and the salmon was also overcooked . During our stay in Boston we’ve been eating superbly every single night. So this was a real disappointment. The more so as it is an expensive restaurant. Seems like we paid for the snobbish interior and atmosphere rather than the food. I recommend the chef(s) to go eat at Asta to learn what creative haute cuisine tastes like…

The prune gnocchi was incredible - I totally understand why that's Chef Lynch's signature dish. We did the tasting menu, and went with the option to add on the seventh dish (which was the gnocchi). The food was awesome, in particular the crudo, agnollotti, and gnocchi. We also did the wine pairing which was quite good - but truthfully a lot of wine. Especially since we did a cocktail when we first arrived. I actually don't remember the last couple courses too much because I ended up drunk. While I love getting my money's worth for the pairing, I wish they had an option for half pours (and maybe reduce the price accordingly) so I could fully enjoy & remember the last couple courses.

If you want a better French restaurant, try Aquitaine. It a level better than park 9. Overall, a good restaurant but nothing worth the prices that are charged. To begin with, a restaurant of the kind that they positon and price themselves around would always have amuse bouche to start the dinner. They brought a piece of bread that wasn’t even warm. 7 out of 9 dishes that we tried were not very interesting flavor wise. Prune stuffed gnocchi for example - the sauce was of good quality but the gnocchi were blunt. The wine tasting was especially disappointing. 3 out of 6 pairing were good, the rest were a miss. Also, If we knew that they would be doing less than 50 ml per glass for wine pairing costing 95$ we would have just ordered from the menu and got a better experience. Overall, I wouldn’t come back and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are better restaurant in Boston.

My wife is also pregnant and they went out of their way to accommodate our concern over raw/undercooked foods while still maintaining a flavorful meal she could enjoy.
