The food was excellent. The wine paired very well with the food.

A wellworth visit to a hidden pearl when it comes to vegeterian restaurants. The food was really exceptional and well composed. Alot of flavours and the next visit is allready reserved!!

Food was amazing but the dessert was really bad, and I ordered it early

We went for brunch and the food was delicious as were the drinks. The wait staff was great and very accommodating.

Good food (great coffee!) and very good service. The atmosphere was really nice. If you go for brunch, get there when they open at 10:30. It fills up by 11, and it's nice to have some quiet time for conversation before that happens.

It is a very good restaurant for vegetarian and vegan people . The food is really nice although it is expensive.
The service is very good. Only we noticed that tables are not sprayed (not disinfected) and they put the silverware directly on the tables (no napkins below them !). The silverware for the next customers were put on the place where the previous customers were putting some garbage - that spot was not wiped out at all.

Our dinner was lovely. The service was impeccable and we felt so well looked after throughout our evening.

Fantastic vegetarian food but we found it quite expensive even for NYC standards. On the other hand side they have a lot of people working there, so if they pay all those people a good and fair salary the prices are justified the food surly was amazing and the service outstanding.

Went for the Valentines Day menu. Their everyday menu is amazing but I wasn’t a fan of the prix fixe menu. Some of the dishes didn’t compliment each other well. I felt very lost when the main entree came out with a whole bunch of separate components. Also the dessert was extremely sweet. But I love Nix overall especially the cauliflower bao buns so I can’t wait to go back on a normal menu night!!!

I would recommend Nix to anyone who wants a vegan meal.

NIX never disappoints. While there is variation among the menus as they change seasonally the quality is consistently high. I will admit that the choices menu to menu may vary as to my personal preferences but the preparation and presentation always maintain high standards. The service deserves special mention - everyone is most welcoming and anxious to please. I live but two blocks away and consider NIX my neighborhood One Star go to place.

For the price, I would not come here again. The service we’d excellent, but the food just ok. I was not wowed at all and was expected to be because of the Michelin star.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. We arrived for brunch and were met by a very friendly staff.
Cody in particular was excellent and talked us through the restaurant itself and the menu.
I’m a meat eater but there was plenty on the menu to enjoy.
Highly recommend.

The service has really gone down. The food is good but the place is not as good as it used to be.

We are vegetarians so that this was the perfect spot to take our chef son in law for his birthday. Our waiter advised us on the perfect number of plates to order. Everything was prepared perfectly and the presentation was spectacular!

Highly recommended for a special evening out for those of us who do not eat meat!

Went for a valentine’s date - food, service, and the ambiance were excellent and very unexpected. We went as vegetarians and were thoroughly impressed by the food. The restaurant really lived up to its theme of “vegetarian food should be a celebration” rather than feeling like a sacrifice. Definitely recommend and would go again. Really glad We pre-ordered the Roasted Coconut dessert (photo attached).

Enjoy creative and delicious food at this vegetarian restaurant. Our only complaint was that we were seated rather near the front door, which opened frequently with a whoosh of cold air. So, a little too busy near the door, but otherwise a sublime experience, wonderful server, and excellent food. The ambiance looked warm and inviting further into the dining room. Would visit again!

Came here especially for our galactosaemic 11 year old (no dairy). It’s a upscale vegan friendly place with nice vibe (this was Sunday brunch). Delicious food (tandoor bread and dips a must) and great service.

Very fussy. Too many rules. Appetizers were mediocre and entree portions were wildly different.

Good food and lively atmosphere, but not worth a Michelin Star...

Went for lunch - it was nice, but nothing was mind-blowing. Had the ginger sweet potato dumplings, which were very good, as was the shitake and polenta dish. My friend had the mushroom veloute, which was delicious. But again, it was not a meal to rave about.

We were seated right away and made to feel quite welcome. The food was amazing and the service and staff were great! It is a lovely intimate space with a warm sophisticated yet unpretentious feel to it. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall: GREAT! A must do, even if you’re not vegetarian or vegan.

Nix has excellent reviews and on the whole I enjoyed it. The service was good and the food nice but not amazing. Nice choices on the menu and a light but buzzy feel. Definitely a more upmarket choice for vegan food which is good
