My third visit to Nivens and, as on both other occasions I chose the pithivier for the main course with no sides as in the past the plate was large and came with mashed potato. The pithivier is now lamb and haggis, very tasty. It is served with a "stew" of beans - however the "stew" is merely a small spoonful of beans and more of a garnish. So a bit misleading and £12 was pricey for the dish when compared to other items on the menu - I missed the potato. Panacotta dessert pleasant but over-set. However service good and we were given a free glass of wine each after being asked to move table. In summary, food still great but new menu could to with tweaking.

A very good addition to the Strathbungo neighbourhood. Great food, convivial atmosphere and friendly staff, can't ask for more .

Lovely grub served with a smile. An excellent addition to the neighbourhood. The chocolate, peanut, banana in a cup desert is sensational.
