Great food...a bit on the pricey side. But I can't wait to go again.
Outstanding lunch. Food and service where wonderful. Nice looking place and good music. Will be back.
Very attractive setting. Some portions too smalll for price. Expensive wine list and small pour. Staff was delightful and very helpful
We were a party of six. Everyone very much enjoyed their meal.
Service was a little slow, but I think it was because they seemed a bit understaffed. Our server was friendly, but just seemed in the weeds. Food was good. We experimented with foods we hadn't tried before. Liked some, not others. But that was our taste, not their prep.
The food was delicious and creative. The decor was very open, chic and modern. I'm glad we discovered this gem. The only issue was the proximity of the tables - they were a little too close so the people next to us were really loud and would eavesdrop on our conservation.
Lovely bright fresh clean space ( restroom too).
Very delicious food served by the adorably sweet server.
Welcome new restaurant Nisi. We will be back.
We are so happy to find Nisi as a great pre-theater dining spot! The food was delicious, especially the zucchini & eggplant chips and the varied spreads. Mains we tried included the stuffed eggplant and the chicken, all really tasty. Service was slow at first but picked up and was very attentive as the night went on. Loved the decor and bathroom was very clean. Will definitely go again.
Good food, fair price, good service, too loud. Would pass next time and go to Pongsri, instead.
Food was excellent, ambiance was good and service was attentive. Prices were not out of line. We will definitely be dining here again.
Such a great addition to Theatre district dining. Every dish was delectable. Good wine selection by the glass, tasty cocktails. Huge portions and great service!
Varied menu to anyone’s liking
Clean and original ladies room
Nisi is a blessing for the theater district. As regular theater-goers, we struggle to find top quality restaurants for pre-theater dinners. Nisi fills the bill. Our meal was wonderful and the service was impeccable. Find Konstantinos, "the handsome one, by his own definition" and you will be treated elegantly. The food was wonderful. The mezze dishes sublime. We had a scallops and orzo dish, some grilled octopus and my stuffed eggplant main course was delicious. Next time, we'll likely do the pre-theater prix fixe.
Welcome to the theater district......Ann and I will be back. (Table 40, if you please!!!)
Nisi was a great spot for an impromptu group lunch in Midtown West. Smack in the middle of the theater district, it was not crowded for our weekday lunch, and able to accommodate our large party easily. The space is nice- clean and modern. Service was reasonably attentive-- but somehow they messed up our order, bringing wrong dishes to one person for the first course, and then for a different person for the main course. Although they corrected it, this took some time and was disruptive to our meal. I think this place has great promise, if they can work out some of these service issues.
Nisi is a great choice for Sunday brunch! Four of us really enjoyed our meals as well as the ‘bottomless’ mimosas and bloodies! Nisi is very slick, very clean with friendly helpful waiter. Some entrees were quite mediterranean while others American. Try the mezze selection for a starter.
Excellent food in the Times Square area - some of the best/freshest Mediterranean food in NYC. Hope to return soon!
The food was and atmosphere were decent, but unfortunately, our gruff and inattentive server left us with an overall negative impression of the restaurant. We made friends with the people at the table next to us, who was also having a animist experience. The manager tried to hard to rectify by offering a free dessert, which was nice. However, I will not be returning.
Food was absolutely delicious. My group did not feel rushed and service was great.
What a gem to find in Times Square. Ambiance was so lovely - decor is beautiful and classy, and every dish we ordered was so tasty. We especially enjoyed the Nisi chips and the spicy lamb kebabs. The Shrimp Saganaki appetizer was so delicious too - we literally soaked up every drop of sauce we could with the bread it came with. This will be our new go-to restaurant before we see a broadway show.
Great overall experience. Excellent food, very good service and the restaurant is low key but elegant. Our group had a good time here for dinner. The only downside i would say is the space between tables is too tight, we had a hard time getting out of our space.
A nice range of seafood dishes and excellent service and wine. No trouble getting out in time for a show.
What a great restaurant! Met some friends and shared a whole bunch of Small plates. Be sure to check out the dessert menu, the Greek sampler is to die for!
Not your topical Greek restaurant, the food has an updated twist the plating is artistically presented and compliments it's modern design to perfection can't wait to go back
Went here on a very busy Valentines Day evening and we had a wonderful dinner. Though one of our appetizers arrived late, the staff made every effort to make sure we were happy and more than made up for it with excellent service. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the Lamb Tagine and puff pastry desert, but everything we had was phenomenal! They even got us out of there in time to make our show.
It was a nice respite in the theater district. Great hosts. Server was very busy. Good ceviche app. The Lamb chops were a bit too gristly, however the accompanying lemon potatoes were excellent. And my wife’s salmon dish was “wonderful ”!
Great find in the theatre district. Service was outstanding, food was very good and the ambience was very pleasing.
Had the lamb tang one and the flavor was excellent, the meat was a bit chewy. Our server was outstanding and we will return
I miss their Bleecker St., West Village location and also seeing "Lefty". We also realize that their in their shape-up period as only being open a month or so. They're also catering now more to the tourist crowd, but I still think the place lacks the charm and warmth of their earlier incarnation. The food however is still some of the best seafood in the city. Mike still has a good team working for him.
Excited to have a new and delicious option in mid-town!
The service was fantastic. Our waiter was wonderful and knowledgeable and attentive. The fixed price is a great deal. Standouts were the stuffed eggplant and the Red pepper and walnut dip. We even got a free dessert!
The place could use some low music for ambience and some lighting design. It was bright and cold and some lower lighting would make it feel more welcoming. Will be a frequent guest!
Beautiful restaurant. Menu was varied and we all enjoyed. Eggplant dish flavorful, branzino sweet and fresh, pasta homemade and yummy.
Everything is okay, a bit pricey but I am a bit disappointed I did not get the 1,000 dining points that I expected at the time of booking at Open Table app.
Wonderful new restaurant. Professional, friendly staff. Amazing, innovative, delicious menu.
This was our first visit to this restaurant and we enjoyed it very much. We had a Sat brunch , very tasty food nicely presented by an attentive wait staff. The decor is crisp and modern yet very comfortable and enjoyable. We congratulated the manager on this new venture and we will definitely return in the future
A better food option in the theater district. The grilled octopus and the mezes were great.
We ate the Prix-Fixe menu before an early theater time and it was delish! Lamb chops done just as we requested. The appetizers were exceptional—baba ganoush and a Greek farro dish I forget the name of. The Greek yogurt dessert was delightfully refreshing. I’d eat all of it over again. It was topped off with the TSQ Lover cocktail, that I will definitely have again.
What a great restaurant!!!! We had a business meeting and Atmosphere was perfect!!! Food was really good and presented well!
We took advantage of the before theater prix-fixe. Menu was subtly shortened, enough good choices to satisfy our needs. Food was delivered promptly, cost was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Double espresso was awesome as well. Next time, I will order off of the full menu, looked enticing!
Excellent service. Ordered a shrimp and lobster dish that lacked much of either. Wife had eggplant dish she said was excellent. We shared a beet salad that was very good. Restaurant smelled like garbage in the entranceway and near the kitchen.
I loved the food and amazing place. I recommend for sure
Great service. Very friendly!
