The papparddelle was excellent, along with the burrito appetizer. It was a delicious meal, and we enjoyed the evening. Badinage was outstanding.
Top quality service, interesting menu with some original, tasty choices and brussel sprouts that were amazing.
Food and Server were great.
Food was delicious and inventive.
Woman who waited on us was unfriendly and got the order wrong.
Please don’t have live entertainment! People come to talk to their dining companions and the music was very loud requiring shouting.
Despite the 2 comments above I would recommend because food is great!
Positive. ‘Noise level’ is an unfair evaluation question. An excellent combo was playing and offered up some nice music.
We had a lovely booth and a great meal. I head the halibut and it was nicely prepared.
We had not returned to Ninetwentyfive in about 6 months. Our 2 initial dining experiences (1 lunch and 1 dinner) had done nothing to prompt a return.
However, recent comments from friends as well as some favorable newspaper reviews suggested we should give it another try.
We are very pleased with our recent visit. Service was flawless. Classic Caesar salad was well prepared. Seared scallops and Southern fried chicken entrees were excellent. Coffee piping hot and full bodied.
Have already made follow-up reservations.
I enjoyed coming to this restaurant for brunch! It was my first time and I would go again
Beautiful restaurant great patio. Food much improved but serving a bit small for price
A bit pricey for what you get.
We went for date night - it's an unexpected treasure in downtown Wayzata. Excellent food - try the charcuterie plate, quiet - perfect for a romantic dinner, very good service. We will be back!
Made for a most enjoyable evening.
Food and atmosphere was ok. Wasnt blown away by anything. Not what we expected. We ate there at 6:00 on a Saturday night and the place was empty.
We sat for quite a while without any attention. Finally the hostess came to ask if we would like drinks. I had some questions about the drink menu but she walked away with just my husband's order. We waited a long time again and eventually a server showed up and took my drink order. Our server paid very little attention to us - the person watching our water glasses was far more attentive. I made the reservation with "Anniversary" noted and not one mention was made of our special occasion. The food was fine, not memorable.
Server was inattentive. He took our order, someone else delivered it, and he didn’t come back until we flagged him down to get more coffee. Same thing happened when we needed our bill. We waited 5-10 minutes for him to walk by but he never did. We ended up asking another server for it and she went and got him. I don’t need impecable table service at brunch, but I’m not willing to chase down a server to get coffee refilled.
We went with friends for our standing Wednesday night date night, which turned out to be a "thing" at ninetwentyfive. We ordered off the Date Night menu which made the evening very affordable. We supplemented with cocktails, and our friends ordered off the dinner menu and everything was delicious. We moved tables, from the patio to the bar, due to dusk-time mosquitoes, and the staff were great in accommodating the change. Overall, a very enjoyable evening!
First time eating here. 3 of us went and shared the burrata, scallops, steak and halibut. I enjoyed the veggies with everything instead of a starch. Our waiter was very informative. The setting is beautiful.
Our first visit. Food and ambiance was really great but our server continually forgot about us. That was disappointing considering how quiet it was. We will likely give it another try.
925 has a diverse menu with both tasty and healthy options. Their drink list is above the usual, and the staff and management always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.
We went to celebrate my birthday. It was very nice. The outdoor patio was relaxing. We had the shareable plates. Mussels were very good as well as the charcuterie board. They were my favorites, I couldn’t stop eating them. Bbq chicken sliders were basic but something my baby would eat. Fried pickles were nothing fantastic, the breading is kind of rough to eat. Overall good experience though.
We loved the experience. The food was delicious, the service attentive and the ambiance amazing. We plan on going to happy hour there this Friday!
Loved the ambiance. Food was nothing extraordinary.
Our evening started great, unfortunately the bartender ended up going home sick and others needed to pick up the slack. The manager, Katie was awesome!!
We enjoyed a variety of appetizers, cocktails, and beers from the happy hours menu. Everything was delicious, especially the brussel sprouts (something I don't normally like) and steak tacos. I was thankful that we went for happy hour though because even at half price, it was expensive. I can't image what our bill would have been had almost everything not been half price. The patio is wonderful though, especially since they have curtains they can pull for when the sunset is too bright.
Was looking forward to dinner and music but unfortunately had to choose between sitting outside or the music so we chose to sit outside. Lovely night, beautiful outdoors but too dark inside in my opinion. Food was OK (shared a salad, salmon and a cheeseburger). The French fries were probably the best part. We might give it another try but were underwhelmed.
We enjoyed the Sunday brunch menu at ninetwentyfive. My wife's omelet was huge and tasty. I enjoyed the Walleye sandwich - huge serving of fries on the side. My wife's Bloody Mary was full of sausage, vegetables and cheese - as a Bloody Mary should be. The live R&B music helped to enhance the ambiance. Somewhat pricey, but we enjoyed a very nice meal.
the atmosphere was great; really beautiful location with excellent ambiance. There was a live band on Sunday morning playing nice music, the restaurant wasn’t packed which was nice. The server wasn’t very attentive and the food took about 25 to 30 minutes to come out after we ordered it. The pancakes were slightly more gummy than I like, and the French toast was slightly cold. There wasn’t much syrup served with it so we asked for more but never got any. Subpar experience at best.
The scallop with the cauliflower, did not give a good presentation ( no color ) and pair poor choice. Maybe cauliflower rice with another vegetable
Sat out on their beautiful patio for lunch, only to hear delivery semi-trucks pull up- they were so loud we had to scream to hear each other! The food was flavorless and the service was lacking...and we were the only ones there!
We had a very good, but inattentive waitperson.
Disappointed. Food was average and prices were very high. The best part of the meal was the margarita.
It took 35 minutes to get a drink and another 30 to get food. Food was mediocre at best.
Very pleasant Sunday brunch. The service staff was good, but seemed a bit tentative and inexperienced. Very nice surroundings and the live music was a nice added bonus, but a bit too loud to carry on normal conversation. It would be 5 stars without the sound level!
The Date Night Special was fabulous. We will go back soon.
The ONLY reason the food was of value was because of the 3 Course Restaurant Week deal. I would have NEVER paid the regular prices on their menu. The filet mignon was regularly $45 ... for this deal we got a salad, the filet and a dessert for $35 ... it is a great place but unfortunately, all the restaurants in Wayzata fall victim to ridiculously high prices.
Trying too hard and ending up with mediocre results.
Pot roast with tender but flavorless meat. My wife’s pesto was much better.
Carrot cake should be straight forward, but awful when paired with citrus and dill garnish. What are you thinking? The worst I’ve ever had.
The food was wonderful but the service is really lacking. It’s a shame because there’s so much more that could be done with proper training.
Ordered the Filet $46 bucks, not worth it. It was not good at all. This was our first time and it will be our last.
Great lunch spot-enjoyed the walleye sandwich, service was awesome and nice decor; will be back
Good food, happy hour is probably the best deal. A little expensive most likely driven up due to it being in a hotel and the area. The Brussels sprouts and broccoli were awesome along with my dessert. Everything else was good, but nothing super special hence why the value isn’t stellar
