   Food was the best part. Service was not great. It is located in the corner of a hotel lobby with dividers put up. Not the ambience I was expecting.

   Special event..Beatlefest. Band Liverpool Lads played. Great crowd. We ordered appetizers and they were very good. Sauerkraut balls, Calamari and Cheese Board. The soda was flat. The service was phenomenal! One young gal waiting on all the tables. Wish I would have gotten her name. She was the best! She invited us back on a non special event day. I liked that. I suggest next year, the have the band in a conference/ event room.

   We went on a Sunday night and for the longest time were the only diners. The food was excellent but it took a long time to get served. The waitress was very attentive.

   We waited 15 minutes to get a drink. Another 40 minutes and no one took our order. We had to get up and leave. Ended up getting pizza on the way home. Very disappointing Valentines Day.

   Had a reservation for Valentines Day. They had only one waitress for the entire restaurant. It seems they had people call off at the last minute. We saw 4 tables walk out because of the wait. When the food finally came it was cold. We felt bad for the waitress. Very poor management.

   Nice restaurant -- just don't come for dinner before a concert! A well-known bluegrass duo was playing in town so we (and about four other tables) came to eat before the show. They had just one sincere server who was trying hard, and just one chef who gad to cook for everyone, so the service was terribly slow. We managed to eat and just make it to the show, but the table across from us had only one shrimp cocktail and one salad brought out when it was time to leave. I was pleased that the house comped that table what food they did get, and they comped my wife's glass of wine. Our food was good! But because it was rushed, my wife's steak was way underdone. She ate some and took most of it home where she could broil it further. My pork chop was very tasty but a bit overdone, and my twice-baked potatoes au gratin were delicious. In short, the ambiance is fine, the food was good, but the staff was woefully unprepared. The concert venue is just one block away, and the management can easily read from the marquee to know when groups are coming in to have more staff on hand, and more food in stock. We will go back to Nineteen10, but only on a slow night!

   Not sure what was going on here, but there was no hostess and only one person serving the dining area. Hence, the service was poor, but not entirely the server's fault. My entree arrived barely warm. My wife's meal was satisfactory. No desserts or coffee were offered post meal. And it was unpleasantly noisy. On the whole, a truly forgettable experience.

   Food was great, the waitress was very nice. Our group of 4 had the salmon and steak main dishes and everybody enjoyed their meal.

   All the food was amazing and fairly priced. Waitress was very good and the venue was beautiful.

    This can't really be a restaurant. Took an hour and a half for the last person to get served. Plates came out in waves. Then another hour to pay checks. Ridiculous. Food was good. Panini was brat roll and fatty meat. Ruined my celebration.
