For a new restaurant, they got their act together. The servers and the manager are all very hospitable and enjoyable to work with.

Visitamos este restaurante con muchas expectativas, y la experiencia en general fue bastante grata. El lugar es absolutamente espectacular, todo está pensado para ofrecer una cena elegante y muy chic. El servicio como caracteriza a los dominicanos atentos y amables. En cuanto a la comida, fue buena, aunque no del todo memorable. Le doy un 7/10: bien presentada y con ingredientes de calidad, pero no terminaron de sorprendernos en sabor o creatividad. En un restaurante de esta categoría, uno espera algo más elevado en términos gastronómicos

We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary at Nina Restaurant at St. Regis Cap Cana, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning — a perfect blend of elegance and charm, setting the ideal mood for such a special occasion. Our evening was made even more memorable by our incredible waiter, Angel. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and pampered. He went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration feel personal and intimate, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure every little detail was perfect. Angel's excellent service truly elevated the experience and made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant. The food was absolutely exceptional. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. Every bite exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience to mark such a significant milestone. A heartfelt thank you to Angel and the entire team at Nina Restaurant for making our 16th anniversary celebration so memorable. Your exceptional service and culinary excellence have ensured that we’ll cherish this night forever. We will definitely return for more unforgettable moments!

El lugar es precioso no se puede negar, pero la comida es muy regular, una ostra increíblemente salada, muy nos beignets de cangrejo que eran más masa que nada, la carne un corte wagyu pero prácticamente carbonizado por fuera, en el servicio primero nos atendió un chico que jamás regresó a la mesa para saber cómo estuvieron los alimentos, si el término de la carne estaba bien, uno espera por el destino y el precio algo más atento, luego una chica tomó el servicio de la mesa y cambió totalmente muy atenta, la verdad el lugar es precioso pero por el precio se tienen muchas más opciones

The setting is exquisite and elegant. The hostess was very friendly and I was greeted by name. From there we went sideways when I ordered a vodka martini and got served half a glass which always looks meager for a martini. I told the waiter but he said that was how they do it. The food was ok nothing that made me say wow. I probably would not go there again. I would definitely go back to the property itself and dine at Marola or St Regis Bar both were exceptional! That’s just my honest opinion and hope they can use it as feedback.

What an amazing evening and dinner we experienced at Nina’s! Every single element of our evening from food, wine, cocktails, ambience and service could not have been better! Absolutely delicious with great presentation. From the moment we arrived, everyone couldn’t have been more attentive. From the front door man, hostesses at the restaurant and a special thanks to Jenncy! He was quite the master cocktail artist as well as a fun personality! Angel and crew did a great job serving us! A great job too by the wine sommelier! He made some great recommendations.We couldn’t have had a more perfect evening on our vacation!

Ambiente agradable y decoraciòn hermosa. Musica alta. Comida normal con precios muy elevados. Menu limitado. Entiendo que iràn mejorando ya que es un restaurante que abrió recientemente.
