NiMo is a Coastal Mediterranean concept by Feal Hospitality, owned by dynamic duo Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar. The menu, itself, is a depiction of the bond formed by the partners over the years. It is the story of Mo, who grew up in the Mediterranean between Syria and Spain, told through the cuisine of his business partner, Chef Niven Patel. The menu is a culinary journey across the Mediterranean which includes dishes inspired by Syrian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. As is true for all Feal Hospitality restaurants, fresh ingredients come first and local purveyors are showcased, including our own farm, Rancho Patel. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.

First time dining here. Mediterranean cauliflower delicious… bucatini bolognese OFF THE CHARTS! Dessert was Baklava Cheesecake. Filo Pastry, Cheese Filling & Chopped Pistachios…delightful. Jackie our waitress was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Sat outside, tastefully decorated and nice ambience. Will definitely be back… Want to try the crispy eggplant next!

NiMo’s does not disappoint! Our server, Gordon, was great…always making sure we were well cared for. Food was excellent. Really enjoy this restaurant!

The food is absolutely awful. The fish special smelled fishy and overcooked, dry. This is our second and last time.

Wednesday $10 pizza night is a hit. Also the crispy eggplant is amazing and new. The patio is lovely and service was fantastic.
