NiMo is a Coastal Mediterranean concept by Feal Hospitality, owned by dynamic duo Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar. The menu, itself, is a depiction of the bond formed by the partners over the years. It is the story of Mo, who grew up in the Mediterranean between Syria and Spain, told through the cuisine of his business partner, Chef Niven Patel. The menu is a culinary journey across the Mediterranean which includes dishes inspired by Syrian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. As is true for all Feal Hospitality restaurants, fresh ingredients come first and local purveyors are showcased, including our own farm, Rancho Patel. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.

We had a wonderful meal! The green hummus was delicious, the meatball appetizer was fantastic, the beets in the beets salad have a wonderful smoky finish. We had a friendly and helpful waitress who helps us navigate the menu. We regularly visit the area and will certainly be back.

Gordon was excellent as our server. The Tequila Old Fashioned was out of this world. My red snapper was way overcooked. They seemed to specialize in exotic pizza rather than main courses.

I eat at Nimos whenever I’m in town. Probably every month. Gordon is always our server and he goes above and beyond. Not only with service but also explaining the dishes and wine. He’s the best. This is my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach

The wiener schnitzel is excellent! Our waiter was Gordon and he did an excellent job of taking care of us. We have been to NiMo multiple times and have always had an wonderful experience.

Loved the ambience, service and vibe however the food was disappointing and not very good. We shared the Greek salad and 2 appetizers and they were pretty flavorless. It’s too bad because we were really excited about going to this restaurant.
