   We had a great experience dining here. The open kitchen was a nice touch—it’s always fun to see the chefs at work. The staff were warm and friendly, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. And most importantly, we absolutely loved their Hamburg!

   The whole experience felt disorganized and chaotic. There were clearly not enough staff, and no one seemed available to assist or check in on us. The set menu was missing several items, and we had to chase down staff ourselves just to get what was supposed to be included. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a place like this.

   Great food! Not a super great allergen clear menu but they did cater to me being gluten free which I was really happy with. The staff were great 😃 I will say the seats were uncomfortable as they were really hard. Overall a great time and would absolutely go back!

   The beef is not hot enough, if possible, it would be good to serve the 2nd one after the costumer finish the first one, that’s how I experienced in Osaka

   We made a booking and upon arrival were sat in the waiting area ( this is not a complaint, just explaining the experience ). We were asked if we’d like a table or to sit at the bar. After waiting 10 minutes for a table to be cleaned we were told to follow the waiter to the bar where we again requested a table. He told us it’d be another 10 minute wait and we said that’s ok. He smiled and said are you sure? We said yes. After about another 15 minutes someone took us to a table that had been cleaned ( though the bbq wasn’t that clean tbh ). The restaurant was super quiet at this point but it seemed like they didn’t want to clean a table for us. We ordered drinks and food. It’s a little expensive for what you get but it’s ok. The food is tasty but nothing to go on about. The atmosphere was ok, it was just us in the table area at this point. All the other tables were covered in mess until about 10 minutes to closing.

   Food was good however service was unexpectedly very bad. Table was not comfortable to sit a party of 5 as it felt very squishy. One female staff seems very reluctant to take our order, did not respond when we asked questions and did not seem very friendly, which was very disappointing. We were sat at the back at the restaurant and there was rarely any staff present. Overall food is good but that one lady server sadly ruined the whole experience.

   We were asked to wait for another 30 mins when we arrived at time of booking. Barely no service, water on table and chairs without cleaning, no waiters coming over fifteen minutes. And meals waited for another half an hour. Wait of time to dinner at such place

    Took 30 minutes to get us seated and they were severely understaffed. The tables are available when we arrived but noone clean them. Floor manager was not managing the staff well.
