Restroom not clean at all !! Couldn’t get. Palace to seat because We didn’t want to eat, just drink !!
My reservation wasn’t honored. It took over an hour after the reservation to be seated after I have seen the hostess several times. We were then only given the option for buffet because the kitchen was closed. We were given the wrong time as to when the buffet ends and charged the full buffet price rather than prorated. Nice concept, terrible management and staff. Stressful experience.
Nikki Beach made my Miami experience the absolute best. Our waiter Jason was amazing as well as the manager on duty Saturday 2/16 noon. When I’m the MIA again Nikki Beach will be on my list of things to definitely do. Thanks again for such a great brunch day.
Jean Noel was is the best waiter in Miami Beach! Everything was as advertised. Best sushi! Great drinks! Excellent Cuban sandwich!
I lived in Miami for 20 years and if I weren't visiting, I would NEVER come to a place like this. It really isn't designed for locals. But on a Sunday night, it wasn't busy at all and ended up being quiet an enjoyable experience. You definitely get the club feel from the second the valet challenges your date on her age - no one under 21 admitted. We had a reservation, which we did not need given the place was 90% empty, but we got a nice table on the outside patio with an amazing breeze. I'll contribute my steak coming out cold to the breeze, it was cooked to the right temperature, but it was lukewarm at best. The drinks are pricey, but that's what you expect on SoBe and at a place like this. The food was tasty, the drinks were small but good and the dessert was too big to finish. This is definitely a place tourists could spend a few hours at, partying, smoking hookah, and trying to hookup.
Automatic 20% gratuity for terrible service. My meal (sexy salad)was delicious. My boyfriend got the wrong chicken. Drinks were just okay.
Overvalued. One and done. Had to check it out and off my lust but doubt I will be coming back. Brunch buffet food was good, and mimosas were decent. Service was good. But not much hoopla ad advertised. And day beds and bottle service too damn expensive for daytime partying. Not worth the price.
Great experience, wonderful atmosphere, food is delicious, service is friendly, professional attitude, makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Truly enjoyable
We went for Sunday brunch. Sara Joy was our server and she was fabulous!!! We had a great time. The food was delicious!!!! A Miami must
We kind of enjoyed the experience but it was super windy what made it uncomfortable. I felt cold and they did not have any blankets or anything to prevent it. I would have stayed longer and order more drinks if I had not had to leave because of the weather. I mean, it is right on the beach so they should be prepared to accomodate customers according to forecast.
We were a table of 6. Our server T rocked, was informative of all plates we were interested in and ushered us inside when it starting raining. An older female bartender refused to serve us drinks at the bar because we had an open check at a table. I asked to speak with a manager and Genesis the assistant manager who must've just started working with you only stood there looking blankly while I was explaining my issue, she didn't even bat an eye and looked at me blankly with her head tilted. After not getting anywhere I spoke with Mike the GM who quickly understood the bartender didn't want to serve me because I wanted the bill transferred to my check. He took care the situation and told me I was correct to be upset and it wouldn't happen again. A guy like this is what makes a place like this a pleasure to come to and not just another strained out franchise.
Not great. Food was just okay. Vibe was dark and very very loud. We’ve spent a lot of time at Nikki Beach in St. Bart’s and hoped to find a little bit of that magic. No such luck.
Unforunately we did not have a good experience that being one of our friends did not have her food until 15 - 25 minutes after everyone else’s, we assume the waitress just forgot. They did give her a drink on the house but they could of at least told us that they forgot to put her order in. Also once we were going to pay the bill the checks were not split evenly as told. One card was not even charged.
The food was considerably good but unfortunately the service from Jennifer M. - waitress was not too helpful.
Certainly our worst experience in Miami.
They couldn’t even manage to send a manger over and give them the opportunity to miss a poor review.
Very annoying that the server insisted on keeping my ID and credit card even though I was paying in cash. I completely forgot he kept my cards as I was there for a couple of hours. I asked for the bill and my cards were not returned. I paid in cash and didn’t realise until I got back to my hotel on the other end of Miami Beach that he still had my cards. When I went back to get my cards back, the hostess had no idea who was serving me before and although I had left 4 hours before, my cards hadn’t been handed in. It took about 15 minutes before they could locate my cards, while my Uber waited outside. Not impressed.
I travel mostly to Miami solo. I can always count on Nikki Beach Sunday brunch. Table for 1 never disappoints. Easy beach access, lounge chair rental optional $5 mimosas, live music, amazing buffet and dessert bar. What else can you ask for?
Very good place for a friendly brunch! Very good food, nice music, nice place.
Beautiful setting, beautiful people. Everything you expect.
Very nice place and ambience.
You get treated well enough.
I went for lunch on a weekday
Our waitress was useless. Very uninformed about the menu an general policies of the restaurant. Bus boys were clearing the table while we were eating.. very dissatisfied with service.
It was a birthday celebration for my niece, and we couldn’t wait to leave.
I've gone to Nikki Beach for my birthday lunch the last two years. It's great fun and the dessert is fabulous. Their salads are great; I love the Cuban sandwich. Service and ambiance are fabulous.
Best brunch in sobe
Very good Sunday Brunch - Lot of food and very good quality - Nice ambiance -)
Love it! The perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon
We were traveling all the way from Sweden to Miami and found recommendations for Nikki Beach on the web. It looked fantastic and we really wanted to try it, so I made a reservation for dinner. We experienced the food good to taste, but not fantastic, and far, far to expensive for the amount served.
We have been at Nikki Beach several times before in different places. This time here in Miami we was disappointed because our exceptions is high. The staff seemed tired and bored, we goth coola for our 12 and 18 year olds and it tasted a ,ot of chlorine. When we asked for something else our coke on a can they couldn't solve that. The normally fantastic atmosphere was not here, it was only about 8-10 tables with guest and quit a low ambiance overall. So not value for the money when Nikki is not known to be a low cost budget place.
Fantastic evening, lovely food and music Thank You Nikki Beach Miami
Irving (bus boy) and Maria ( waiter) were top of the line. Excellent service, very attentive and made us feel special - it was my daughter’s 18th Birthday celebration.
Food took over an hour. It was not very busy. Had to go find the waitress to get the check. It was just terrible service. Would never go back. Left with a bad feeling.
Long wait for food, more than usual Miami time. This is the hot spot in South Beach.
It was awful
Great food in an eclectic indoor and outdoor space with a live Dj and plenty of bars to quench your thirst. Food was well worth it, we sat for all 5 hours and slowly tried a little of everything.
Great place to stay, but we got seated near the kitchen, was to loud from the kitchen staff..
Advertised as a restaurant...really just a beach club complete with bouncers, DJs, etc. maybe ok for drinking...definitely terrible as a restaurant. We ordered recommended appetizer tray for our party of 6. 45 minutes later, cold fried calamari was chewy and flavorless, sliders completely cold, street tacos cold and tasteless. Other items left untouched as everything was exceptionally BAD. Cancelled remaining order and left. Waitress was nice and professional. Manager was friendly and apologetic and zeroed out or bill ....nothing was edible....we just wasted an hour. Definitely do not go if you actually want to eat!
My waitress wasn’t that attentive but I always enjoy seeing Michael Sin (Manager) as he always very welcoming!
Great spot and atmosphere.
I love Nikki Beach Miami
Everything about this place screams class. The ambiance, the food is outstanding
I cannot visit Miami without going to Nikki beach brunch on Sunday
If you are going to Nikki because you heard it’s a cool place to go- that’s reason enough. The food is pretty good. The cocktails are a generous pour and the service is good enough. My only complaint would be the SMOKING If you’re someone who still smokes 🤕- go here because you’ll love being able to smoke. If you are not a smoker- ask to sit somewhere people are not smoking. We were good until a smokeacholic was seated next to us. That was a total turn off because even though it’s all outside- when smoke is blowing in your face, it doesn’t matter where you are- it’s disgusting. You may wonder what this has to do with Nikki? Well...everything- because they allow it. Other thank that- we had a good time.
Horrible place for dinner! Hostess was extremely rude, plus dead atmosphere. Nikki Beach has lost it’s swagger, not recommended.
