Nikki Beach Ratings and Reviews
Overall we like this place daytime or evening. Maybe service could be a little bit more elegant.
The only disappointment was the hookah. Better for them not to offer hookah at all. Because it was awful. Not like it should be. And the girl who served it for us is not professional at it and doesn’t understand anything about hookah.
The service was terrible. We had a reservation and showed up on time. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, 15 more minutes to order and 45 minutes before walking out without eating. It’s a great place to party, but if you’re just going to eat and people watch, don’t bother.
This was our third time at Nikki Beach. We always enjoy the lively atmosphere and the food is very good. We dined on Sunday at 11:00 am for brunch. There were many food stations including an absolutely beautiful and delicious paella, omelettes, Belgian waffles, fresh fruits and vegetables of all kind and much, much more.
I was expecting an upscale experience in perhaps a little more sophisticated setting based on pics on their website. It was a trashy place, with trashy service with a trashy vibe to it. There were a lot of negative reviews especially about their service but I still decided to go ahead to find my truth. All the reviews about service were 100% correct. It was a family birthday celeb for which they offered a birthday dessert over the phone while confirming apt. Nothing was offered on the day of service & we just wanted to leave the place so didn’t ask for it as well. Not at all worth 70pp experience.
Nikki Beach is a "MUST DO" if visiting South Beach and you want great food, live music and DJ, dancing, great drinks, beautiful drinks all wrapped up into one this is the place to be for Sunday Brunch. Leave your conservative side at home come with a free spirit and open mind.
Fun place, open air outdoor dining. We were there at 4pm on a Friday and it was slow. Our main server disappeared but out back up person (busser) did an amazing job at taking care of us so no worries there. Kind of weird to be there when it was so empty but we didn’t want to miss the gorgeous weather at that time. Imagine great people watching here later in the day. The lovey coconut craft cocktail was our favorite.
Every time we come to Miami, we plan to go to the Sunday brunch at Nikki Beach. The atmosphere is great, the saxophonist is just great, and the waiters are amazing, helpful and down to earth people (unlike the waiters at other Nikki Beaches where waiters are usually snobby).
Overall I strongly recommend going there
Atmosphere was wonderful ! Service was great. Food was good! Wine was great! We were here to celebrate my birthday and this was a great way to start the party! Romantic to positive vibe ! Enjoyed the view and will definitely be back!!! Staff very helpful and price was very reasonably!
The food was very good for a buffet. Lots of variety. Towards the end they ran out of some of the sushi, but there were lots of choices. Had Pad Thai noodles, sushi, Roasted turkey, prime rib roast and salads. Highly recommend! Fun atmosphere for Sunday brunch.
Our server was OUTSTANDING!!!
I visited Nikki Beach for my 30th birthday with seven women. They were extremely accommodating and cared about the small details. I loved the custom detail on the hand written chalk reserve sign. We were checked on multiple times and quickly provided with what we needed. They even offered a complimentary day bed and brought out sparklers and champagne. The live music was amazing. We were serenaded and pulled on to the table to dance. Being able to walk directly on the beach was a huge plus. It was not overly packed but I visited in January. My entire group could not stop talking about what a wonderful time we all had. I would highly reccommend and defiantly go back if I return to Miami.
I was blown away with the level of service, drinks and food. Food was elegantly presented and the flavors were simply amazing. If you are with friends do the Miami Platter....the assortment of dishes were well combined and it was delicious. This is my new favorite destination in Miami.
We waited over an hour for the 2 appetizers that we ordered and when they eventually came they were on the verge of being cold as they had been sitting for a while not sure where instead of being at our table. The staff was apologetic about the delay and promised us a complimentary round of drinks which took another 30 mins to come to us after which we gave up and asked for our check . Finally the last nail in the coffin was the default 20% gratuity on the bill for delayed service and cold food. They may be the only beach front restaurant in the vicinity but that does not cover-up for our horrible and frustrating experience.
Always enjoy to treat my friends from overseas surprising them and having brunch at Nikki Beach.
We always have a blast! There’s something for everyone. Is always a success.
On a different note: I’m very pleased with the remodeled indoor . But the big ++: the cafe, the highlight of every SoBe visit (even, living close by)
We did brunch and spent a good part of our day at Nikki Beach. This was one of the most memorable part of our weekend trip. Myself and my friends had a fabulous time with the entertainment, food, and service. I will do it again in a heartbeat and it was worth every penny!
