First time at Nijo’s. Great sushi and service! Also a great value since we went during Happy Hour. Looking forward to going again!
Nijo has become one of the go-to places for my husband and me when we drive to Seattle every month or two. This time the restaurant was steadily busy, but service didn't appear to be overwhelmed. We find the happy hour menu, which runs until 7 pm every day, to have everything we need and be super reasonably priced. We'll keep coming back, for sure.
Nijo was absolutely outstanding. My boyfriend and I arrived about ten minutes before our reservation was guaranteed for, yet were seated immediately regardless.
The ambiance was perfect. Dimmed lights to set a casual and intimate mood, light noise from conversations around us made it feel comfortable, leaving us feeling like we could hold a conversation at a normal tone, while at the same time it was not at all noisy in the restaurant.
Our server was kind, polite, and speedy. Our service was impeccable, and the quality of each dish was exceptional.
We absolutely love Nijo, and this wonderful experience is just another to add to our memorable times there.
Nijo is good. The service is friendly and attentive and the cocktails are very good. The sushi is decent. Not great, but good fish and a nice selection of apps.
Friendly staff and great food! Consistently great!
Shout out to Lily our favorite server!
Food excellent. Selection great. Ambience cozy. Service friendly. Minor glitches quickly and happily resolved
I've been here before and the service and food have always been exceptional. The prices are quite a bit higher than what you would find in the International District, but for me - on occasion - it is worth it. If the prices were more in line with other sushi spots nearby, I would come here more often.
The sushi was incredible as was the service. My cucumber water glass never reached half full!
Happy hour menu is fantastic! We love coming here and go for birthdays and family dinners. The salmon collar is the best appetizer! We also ordered the fried oysters, calamari, short ribs and seared scallops... and about 8-9 rolls. The service is always on point, very friendly!
Cute little sushi place, was jam-packed at lunch on Monday. Probably a frequent haunt for business types around downtown Seattle. Overall Great sushi! I recommend the Geisha Roll!
