Sehr feines und frisches Essen mit sehr schönem Geschirr. Deko im Teller sehr gepflegt. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam, auch wenn nicht immer verständlich bei der Beschreibung der Speisen. Große Auswahl an Getränke. Deko des Restaurant könnte raffinierter sein.

Es war ein wunderschöner Abend mit erstklassigem Service, super liebem Chefkoch, grandiosem Essen. Es ist ein wenig teuer, aber das haben wir erwartet, auch da vieles importiert werden muss. Es war so schön ruhig und koordiniert. Wir verbrachten 4h dort und es war wirklich ein schönes Erlebnis, wir sind deutsch / japanisch und haben es genossen, Japan wieder näher zu sein. Vor allem jetzt, da wir nicht zurück dorthin fliegen können. Danke an das Team! Info: In der Kaiseki Küche liegt der Fokus auf hochwertigem Fleisch und Fisch, es gibt keinerlei vegetarische Gerichte. In Hinblick auf die Location (Brückenviertel), dem Publikum (immer mehr Vegetarier und Veganer in Europa, mehr als in Japan) und der japanischen Geschichte (Buddhismus, shojin-ryori Küche) finden wir vegetarische Optionen als sehr angebracht und zeitgemäß - wir würden es auf jeden Fall mitaufnehmen und nicht pauschal ablehnen.

Wir waren um 19 Uhr da. Wir haben 7 Gänge Menü bestellt. Nach drei Stunden fällt noch ein Dessert. Das Rindfeisch kann meine Freundin nicht essen, weil es viel zu fest ist. (Fleisch kommt nicht auch Japan, sondern Deutschland)

Dishes are really exquisite and very complex, we had the 10-gange menu and it was full with different mostly fish/sea food dishes. Chef Ken does and outstanding job of preparing them, personnel is very nice and attending, only one remark with the Deutsches wagyu meat was not of the best quality and gave it back, chef apologized but we also understand sometimes can happen so that wont hold us of coming back, one of the best Japanese fine dining restaurants in Frankfurt and maybe Germany.
