    The most uninspiring of all the Night Shifts but it was still good. Server boasted about an item and then forgot to bring it. A lot of other craft beer options and they don't sell their seltzer Hoot? Not even in a can pour?

    We spent the afternoon at level 99 so decided to make reservations at the restaurant that was right there expecting what you get when you go to Dave and busters. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and my Nashville hot chicken sandwich was phenomenal.

    Thank you to the manager who rescued my 12 year old (autistic) son’s birthday. Eating out has always been challenging, so we really appreciate that she went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and left with a full belly. Our waiter was a gem, too. Thanks Night Shift for having such a welcoming crew.

    8pm reservation made but was rushed by 9pm. Appetizer came out at same time as food. No description of beers- told to google at first. Food was great. Dessert for birthday came out early because kitchen was closing. Was a nice night but could have been better.

    Would have left a higher review but I was left disappointed that our reservation was switched to the open space at Level 99. They did call to tell me but I wasn't able to receive the call, had I known, I probably would have taken my team outing somewhere else because it was hard to hear sitting out in the open space. The food was tasty and came out quickly.

    We reserved a table but were put in a large room with no water, no server, and no access to beer. We had to leave the table and wait in line for 10 minutes just go get beer. If you are expecting anything more than a glorified food truck but indoors, think again.

    Our party of 15 reserved space at the long tables in the open area of the gaming arena. Very festive! It was busy and, therefore, very loud, but we expected that. The food and drinks were excellent. The only issue was that they seemed to be understaffed in the food/drink ordering area. There was always a wait (sometimes 5-10 min) to order, which was a bummer, since we were trying to order things in a steady stream for our party. The staff were very nice and someone behind the pick-up counter even brought straggling items out to our tables when they were ready. Great venue, highly recommend!

    Food was super yummy. The portions were pretty big too. We got the Korean BBQ fries and hot chicken sandwich, neither were crazy spicy. The garlic aioli was our favorite!

    Me and my friend had a reservation for lunch time. I got the Fig pizza which was different for me but i loved it, great flavors! I also got the Tuna Poke and those were also delicious and filling. I tried the pineapple drink which had ginger beer in it and i loved it! Small sized brewery, dark but cute. I would definitely come back some time.

    We love Nightshift because the food and service is always superb. The restaurant is also kid-friendly which is a huge plus. We love the pizza and salads, as well as all of the beer/wine/cider offerings.

    Service was not great. We waited for quite a while for drinks and food. There was confusion on where our reservation was causing our large party to shuffle between the restaurants area and the picnic tables in the main area multiple times.

    We had a very nice dinner. The pizza was very good as was the beer and the selection. The waitress was knowledgeable about the beer selection and was helpful in choosing a draft from a very generous array of selections.

    the seat and table were dirty. we had to clean it ourselves. The food was bland and tasteless. There were few items to choose from on the menu. The portions were extremely small and very expensive. NEVER AGAIN!

    Really enjoyed our dinner and evening at Night Shift. This place makes a great date night, especially if you head over to Level99 afterwards. Food menu had some great options. Chicken on sandwiches was so tender and juicy. Pizzas looked amazing. We plan to be back to get that and the mac n cheese.

    Great food, fun location, great beer (not just Night Shift Beer offered), and great service. We will definitely come again. Burgers and sandwiches were definitely higher-priced, but they were all delicious.

    We had a small work event of 8 ppl and it was ideal! Food was great, beer was great, comfortable, server was great. And then hopped over to level 99. Seamless and so fun.

    I made a reservation for 10 people in the Beer Hall inside Level99. I've eaten in the Taproom multiple times and it was great! The Beer Hall was terrible. There was only one table set aside for us, at which you'd be lucky to seat 4 people let alone 10. I spoke to a worker and she suggested I ask another guest to switch tables so that I could pull another table up to ours. Not sure how that's my responsibility when I made a reservation?? There were kids literally sprinting around between the tables screaming at the top of their lungs the entire time we were there. Food was fine. My advice? Eat at the Taproom and skip the Beer Hall!!

    The place was empty yet it took forever to get service. Food was the smallest portions I have ever seen for that price. Drinks were so weak but yet expensive. Don’t think I ever need to go back!!

    Great experience and awesome food! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, beginning with friendly and helpful front desk! All questions about menu items, beers etc. were thoroughly and easily answered. At first, service was great. But, later restaurant was not very busy and server much less attentive. With less customers/tables we saw server hanging out w other staff talking, joking around etc, but not really paying attention. Unfortunately, we had to ask for a few (really simple & obvious..) things more than once. Maybe just an off day, but that said-- would definitely go back!
