Food was delicious, portion sizes were small for the price. And the menu is very limited but more importantly the service was terrible. Had a reservation for 10 for my sisters bachelorette party. 25 minutes after being sat we had to ask for a server to come over. After an hour of being there we finally got our drinks and ordered appetizers. Appetizers came out with no silverware or plates. And no one ever checked in. You had to constantly hunt down the server when you needed something. They were not busy but the service was extremely poor. We watched another table walk out completely unhappy. Very disappointed with the experience.

We had a group of 6, and Jason the host an Marina, our server, were both fantastic! The food came out promptly and correctly and was delicious! Worth the trip from Providence for sure!

I had driven 40 min to check out the place with my brother a week prior to making a reservation for his birthday party. During that time, I insisted that there will be 10 kids at the birthday and toured the place with 2 people. I was told that “weekdays are dead, you won’t have any issues booking a table online.” So, I followed directions and reserved a table online, as they didn’t allow me to do it in person. My reservation was reserved for the correct amount of people; however, when we arrived there, we were told that we could not sit there because 10 people were too many. Which didn’t make any sense cause I specifically asked when I was there. They rudely said there’s nothing they can do and sent everyone to the loud seating area in the middle where you have order and pick up- not what I discussed a week before! Very poor communication. Very unprofessional.

The menu choices were not what we expected, but everyone found something they liked. I had a salad that I cannot recall the name of and added crispy chicken. First, the crispy chicken was very tasty! My only issue with the salad was that there was a bit too much dressing (I know, crazy) that weighed down the arugula. All the other ingredients and flavors were so good! My husband and older son got burgers that they liked, my younger son got the classic pizza and enjoyed it, and the friend we brought got the Korean chicken sandwich that had just a little kick to it. I was surprised by how quiet it was for a Friday night at 5 pm, but I suppose most people were inside Level 99 and ordering food from there.

Food is pretty good quality, the beers are pretty tasty, but the service lacks quite a bit. The staff is definitely young and inexperienced, and clearly not getting the mentorship they need to take the skills to the next level in the service industry. Not terrible but for the price well below standard.

We made a reservation for the restaurant and we were put at a table pretty much right in the middle of level 99 and it was very loud. We also were never told that we had to go up to self serve and that we weren’t getting a waitress. So we sat there for a while waiting for someone to come to us

All the food and drinks taste real weird, they try to “support the locals” by not having regular brand beverages. The water they served was tap water and not pleasant at all in taste. The server attitud was fine but it wasnt a good experience all together.

I was searching for a brunch place in the Natick area and this restaurant showed up in my search so I made a reservation. This was not a brunch place. They did not even have tea. The food was good but not what we expected. The waitress was awesome.

The food was absolutely delicious. I got the the Detroit style pizza. I've NEVER liked deep dosh pizza but the Figgy p was AMAZING. The place was way too loud, even my 14 year old said "is too loud in here". We could hardly hear our waitress with the noise because she was very soft spoken. Although our server was nice, she took way too long to come to our table. We hardly saw our waitress. She came by before someone else brought our food and asked if we needed anything, I asked for a drink. By the time we saw her again, we were done eating and I still had not received our drink. She could've just been so busy which I understand. Overall, id definitely come back for the food.
