We made a reservation on OpenTable for 17 people for my dad’s birthday about two weeks prior to the reservation date. Not sure why, but we had to pay $25 per person when we booked it. Upon arrival, I showed the person at the front my email confirmation of my reservation, she looked confused and called over a gentleman who I’m guessing was the manager on duty. They both looked at each other really puzzled. They were completely unaware of my reservation even though the event manager, Britney, instructed me to make this reservation on OpenTable. Thank God they had a long table that just happened to be open to seat us otherwise we would’ve been out of luck even though we had booked this about two weeks in advance, received many confirmation emails leading up to the date, and had already paid the $425 to reserve the spot. I was really disappointed in the value of my experience based off the amount of money we had to pay and the overall professionalism.
