Night + Market at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
most recently a James Beard nomination for ‘Outstanding Wine Program.’ What started 10 years ago as an extension of his family’s kitchen has led Yenbamroong to be named
Food & Wine’s ‘Best New Chef’. He takes recipes from the ‘old country’ and gives them a dizzying modern spin. Whether it’s the crispy rice salad or outside-the-box fried
chicken sandwich, some of the dishes are traditional, some are evolutions, some are not even Thai at all, but presented together it’s NIGHT + MARKET.
Lobster Pad Thai
Everyone's favorite Thai noodle dish, with lobster tail. Baller!
Garlic Green Beans** ***
green beans sautéed with garlic, soy sauce, and white pepper
Fried Chicken Sandwich
World-famous! northern. Thai style fried skin-on chicken thigh, papaya slaw, ranch dressing, jalapeños and cilantro
We were immediately greeted by manager Chad who welcomed us and walked us through the incredible menu, pointing out a few of the dishes unique to the Vegas outpost. We enjoyed quite the feast; lobster pad thai, tiger prawn curry, crispy duck wraps, etc. We also enjoyed the incredible wine list choosing an orange and a rosé.
Megan was our friendly and knowledgeable server. We topped things off with an ice cream sundae!! Don’t miss NIGHT+MARKET Vegas!
Food was great!! Higher pricing than local spots, but it's in a casino, so that's understandable. However, our waiter was awful.. he seemed to be mad we came in and talked to us in the rudest manner ever. It made us all very uncomfortable. But again, the food was awesome!
The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the flavor profile was fire!
Great tasting Thai, fresh, clean and bold flavors. Service was prompt, informative and friendly.
The food and experience was GREAT! The restaurant was pretty quiet (not a lot of people), so for our large group, we felt like we had attentive service. The food was recommended "family style" and it was so fun to try a lot of different dishes. The cocktails were amazing. Would absolutely go back!
Awesome place for Thai food
It is a great hidden gem off the main strip….if you love Thai food give them your business you won’t be disappointed!!
The food is spicy but very good. If you enjoy spicy food you will like this place.
Must do for Thai food. Always great. The Crab fried rice is a go to and the lobster pad thai was unbelievable.
Highly recommend! Best meal I have had in years! The staff were friendly and attentive, drinks and food arrived fast, and best crab fried rice in the world!
Truly incredible food. Duck tacos were outstanding as were the Chicken Wings! Taste the Thai Tea Martini - phenomenal cocktails.
Awesome Thai food in the virgin casino. They tell you their food is hotter than most And it was... but in a great way. Love it.
The food was fantastic and the service amazing! Great ambience!
I didn't enjoy the food, service or atmosphere as much as I did my first time there.
Very disappointing wine list. I asked the manager to recommend a wine - I like big bold reds - and I was presented a white and a rose to try. I was confused. I tried them, they were vile! For a Las Vegas dining experience, it was a huge let down.
Our server was great.
Food was so good that my ears were burning and I still couldn’t stop eating. Definitely a must if you like spicy! I cried but it was soooo good!
This was my first time I ever tried thai food and I am so glad I chose this restaurant. The food was incredible and the customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back and because of Night + Market I will be eating a lot more thai food hehe. Thank you for the great food from Jenn
A great change from the usual.
Service was amazing from hostess to server very informative and pleasant food was below average I ordered lobster pad Thai it was average.my wife had chicken pad Thai I've had better at hole in the wall resteraunts and my son had short rib panang which was awful.pricing was definitely overpriced for the quality of food.
Great food but limited menu make sure your whole group check out the menu before you go.
Food was average. Too salty or sweet. The drinks were diluted. Service was excellent though but maybe because we were the only ones dining there.
Food and service was excellent
The five of us wanted to try a place none of us had been to before. This was the restaurant we agreed on. The place wasn’t too busy but the music was a little loud. We asked if the music could be turned down and the restaurant kindly complied. The service was wonderful. Our server was knowledgeable and recommended a couple of dishes that were unique to this location (compared to its LA locations). The portions were decent. We ordered three entrees and two appetizers for the five of us, plenty of food to go around and we felt full. I tried the Spiked Thai Tea and it was delicious. We are all locals so we generally try to avoid restaurants inside of hotels but this place was definitely worth the drive.
The service was spot on for this location. It felt like service that was expected at restaurants a $$$ tier above the casual comfort food vibe. We had several items. I am vegan and my two colleagues were not and this was one of very few times I could order without having to do backflips to Frankenstein something on the menu together. I could actually share a few items. Masaman sweet potato curry with roti was OUTSTANDING. Papaya salad was great as well. It was spicy but also has enough flavors to carry me past the heat. Will be back very soon! So glad to have a new place🤍
We LOVE Night + Market in Los Angeles, so driving from CO to CA, stopping at the new Vegas location was a must. It did not disappoint! Everything was excellent as always, the Vegas-specific specials and drinks (looking at you, Mai tai and Thai marg!) were delightful. Stop in if you are looking for a great atmosphere and the spiciest treats to share with friends!
Been to the LA location many times! Was so excited to see the Vegas location and they did NOT disappoint. Incredible experience from the first introductions to the very end. Can’t wait to dine again soon!!!!
Very nice thai modern restaurant.
I never had oyster in a thai vinaigrette but it was really good! The drinks are a bit pricey $17 for a martini! but I guess it’s Vegas…!
Fantastic food again and the service was superb
Really top-notch food - the raw shrimp was divine, the pastrami + flat noodles dish was to die for, and we had some of the best green beans I've had in my life (after years of living in China)
Horrible everything. The manager should be ashamed. I imagine this restaurant will not last here. Lighting right in your face, I felt like I was eating on stage. That's just the beginning.
Service: there were about 4 other tables besides us; food, drinks, even water took forever to come out. Sure, that might be subjective, but I've been in Vegas for 36 years. We hold a different standard here. This did not live up to that. Also, when my friend ordered "whatever you recommend", the waiter tagged on a very high price item that was terrible. Like eating a salt pellet. It was the wagyu salad. DO NOT ORDER THAT.
Food: Salt city. My wife couldn't even eat her massaman curry it was so salty. it's like all the food items were soaked in a brine. Also, it is clear that this food is all made at around 4pm and sits all night until you order it. It came out instantly, which means it wasn't fresh, fresh food takes a minute. Everything we ordered was greasy and salt with zero spice. Thai food is supposed to be rich in flavor and spicy. This tasted like salty garbage.
Fire your manager. Fire your chef. Close down this restaurant and start over.
Overall food was ok, Larb was not great. Service was very good.
The food was awesome and the waiter was helpful, attentive, and engaging.
Food was delicious and served family style, good service!
Excellent service and the food was delicious. I would go back anytime I’m in Las Vegas.
The food was amazing, and the service was absolutely exceptional. Great wine choices as well.
The service was very high quality. Jessica was an amazing server. The whole staff was very hospitable. the disco balls were the cherry on top. The food was great! Jess ever surprised us with an ice cream sundae at the end of the meal, such a sweet heart.
Will def go back when I come to vegas!!
Very spicy Thai food that they can tone down if you ask. The area around and inside the restaurant is smoke-free, which is a big plus in Las Vegas. Nice little wine list, too.
Highly recommend this place. The food was incredible and the service was great too. Nice atmosphere.
