From the OpenTable editors: Lyon-born chef Nico Romo is the youngest-ever US member of The French Culinary Academy, and his flair for French cuisine shows in the top-notch dishes at this cheery indoor-outdoor seafood bistro. Think wood-fired escargots with Provençal butter and flounder meunière. Of course, it being an oyster destination, raw-bar fanatics have plenty of platters and preparations to choose from, as well. Round it out with a glass of sparkling, white, or rosé from the French-leaning wine list.
