Whether you’re snug by the cosy log fires or enjoying the sunshine in the beer garden overlooking the river, Nicky Tam’s Restaurant and Bar is the perfect place to eat and drink whatever the weather. If you’d like to pop by for just a drink, we are open all day or join us for dinner from 5:00pm until 9:00pm all year-round. The chicken was good but the fish cakes were super small and almost all breading. Couldn't taste the fish. The sever put it on the table calling it a starter but it was the main meal Not a starter! Super poor value and not handled promptly by management when the issue was first raised. A big miss here.

Ate in Nicky Tams on our first evening in Inverness. We really enjoyed our meal and so we returned again a couple of nights later. The food was great and couldn’t fault a thing. Service was good. Prices are bit high but it’s about average for Inverness dining.

Normally I would commend it as we have been before and had a great meal! But this time it was not great. The food was cold and had obviously been lying for a while.

I thought the food and wine was overpriced. Both out sticky toffee puddings were cold when served. Staff were very friendly though.
