Food was over seasoned and undercooked. Wasn't worth the money. Smoke and Fire was so much better!

Another terrific experience. We are starting to try different menu items and step out of our comfort zone. Great work NIBI.

The food was superb—it could not have been better. Don't go there on a concert night at Firekeepers. There were a lot of loud drunks getting ready for the Clint Black show.

Saturday May 31 dining experience. Charming Manager (Caleb) and Hostess (Clara) got this off to a good start. Busboy made quick contact to deliver bread and garlic crisps (yummy!). Server Jordan made a timely appearance, and showed flexibility to my ordering routine. She suggested the 1# prime rib special, which I had never tried there. I ordered it and the asparagus (with garlic cloves and parmesan cheese). The entire chef and kitchen staff excelled at the preparation of my meal (as they always do). The wine list had a very nice bottle of wine at a decent restaurant price, and Caleb agreed to chill a bottle of Merlot starting an hour before I dined ( I like it chilled: Don't judge me!). Server Olivia checked in when Jordan was busy, just to see if I needed anything. The prime rib was delicious, tender , and juicy. The Au Jus was very good, and the horseradish sauce had amazing flavor and just enough bite to light the senses without being overpowering. I didn’t have a scale, but the serving appeared to over 1#. I brought a lot home. The gave me some extra sauces to go. It was great the next night. Nice people, great food.

Thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. My ribeye was cooked to perfection with a nice hard sear and medium inside just as I requested. The pearl onions in duck fat and sauteed mushrooms were the perfect complement to the steak and au gratin potatoes. The apple cobbler cheesecake with the apple cider sorbet.... a delicate end to a delicious meal. Definitely try the Upscale drink. I will be going back!

Food portions were great. My wife, daughter and I were able to split a steak and 2 sides. Our server was very attentive to us all night.
