Niagara's Finest Thai
The food is outstanding. We go there whenever we're in the mood for thai food. I highly recommend this place
Great staff and service. I ordered a pad thai and it was delicious.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The noodle dishes are supreme.
Hidden gem we found in NOLA.
Worth the visit if you are gong to Niagara Falls.
The restaurant is nicely appointed and clean. It was a very quiet evening with only a few other diners. It took quite a while for the food to arrive. We are well acquainted with Thai cuisine having dined at numerous different Thai restaurants in various countries. The taste of our various dishes, familiar dishes to us, were underwhelming. No one in our party of four adults would return.
We popped in for something vegetarian (We are actively moving towards a more vegetarian diet), and found your veggie noodle dishes with the spicy fish sauce to be quite tasty and satisfying (which makes me more and more convinced that we can eat a vegetarian diet and still enjoy dining out). The rice on the side was of a perfect complimentary texture. Ask for the chefs to be slightly generous with the fish sauce and maybe ask for another small side of rice as it makes a perfect combination. BTW our server AJAY was quite a gentleman with a warm and inviting personality. The decor is beautiful, the music was light and unobtrusive, but still added an air of elegance to the evening. The open kitchen is great to look at with it's classy black tiles and distinguished chefs. We will definitely be returning to try something else next time we are in town. For about $35 we enjoyed a very pleasant Thai dining experience.
Just very good Tia food, best in the region!
Son & Daughter in law came from Bolton to enjoy the food!
The food was a little on the sweet side for me. I should have gone for the curry. The coconut shrimp was delicious. Chicken did not taste or look like chicken so was soap pointed with that.
Amazing food, service and Ambience!
Excellent food and the service was phenomenal. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
lets start off with booking the time. we wanted 5:30 to 6:00 pm. the asian speaking on the phone said no can not do but 5:00pm ok. we got there and their was no one there. 5:30pm and still no one there. 6:00pm a few came in. inconviences to me. Meagan. was fantastic. she new her drinks and the food. great service. the portions were too small for the price you charged. we have been to other thai restaurants were the food measured fairly close with great ambiance but you got food. had to order another pod thai was not enough for two people. your drinks were good. as for the price of the food too high for the portions you got we had to some extra plates to feel full. we will not come back. sorry, meagan you did a great job but the portion were to poor for the price. maybe for niagara folks it is good because no other competition for thai food. but for customers coming from out of town you do not fare well.
Niagara's Finest Thai is one of our favourite Thai Restaurants. We drove all the way from Burlington to enjoy a great meal. Service was awesome and the food was amazing. Love how they offer organic chicken and lots of vegetarian & vegan options. We highly recommend this restaurant.
The meals were delicious. We had shrimp starters, spring rolls and tom yum soup - both so tasty with just enough spice.
The mains were incredible. I was not able to stop nibbling on my meal, despite not having space left in my belly. Definitely a must-have when in NOTL
We had an excellent experience at Niagara’s finest thai celebrating a birthday. Sue was very attentive and accommodating with the groups’ needs and the food was delicious.
We will definitely be back.
Great overall experience! Recommend to all visiting Niagara On The Lake.
This was our second time eating here and we loved it! Service was exceptional and food was hot, spicy and delicious. We ordered the green curry and the spicy noodles. Both fantastic.
Great service - great food!
Sehr freundlich und super lecker!
We had lunch around 1:30 on a Thursday in between Christmas and New Years, it was not busy at all. Although the food was excellent, the soups and spring rolls took nearly 30 minutes to arrive but our mains came shortly after. Kitchen definitely needs better timing.
We ordered from the lunch menu ($19) for three items: Tom Yum soup, with veggie spring roll and mains (green curry chicken and Pad Thai). Soup was tepid and vegetables were cut way too large (not soft enough to cut without a knife). The spring roll was fine, a little small if anything. The mains were by far some of the best Thai we’ve ever had. The green curry was so flavourful with a touch of heat. The three varieties of egg plant smothered in the rich, aromatic sauce were so creamy and delightful. The pad Thai was deliciously luscious without being too saucy (like so many are). There was a decent amount of chicken in each dish. We shared the two lunches and were absolutely stuffed, next time we’ll share one lunch with an extra soup and spring roll, which would make it more reasonably priced!
Was good. Kinda expensive at sorts. Kinda sucky that some wines on the menu were from Niagara region (smart and a plus), but they were charging the same amount for a glass of wine at the same price you can find a bottle...which is not that bad.... but could be priced better.
Also the chefs choice for pad thai was a bit on the high side. WAS GOOD. Dont get me wrong, but $24 for one plate....seems a bit pricy..... it was good. However other places have the same meal for 10.95-17.99.
Why was yours 24? Cause the ministry of thailand approved it?! :\
Excellent quality of food was presented in a very professional manner . Definitely a return to place!!
Excellent food and service! Delicious vegetarian options. You will definitely return to this place time and time again.
food is THE best if it’s kind - our choice when’re we visit niagara on the lake
Food was fantastic and the price was more than reasonable. When we go to Niagara-on-the-Lake this will be a definite place we will eat at again.
We always have a great dinner there! The coconut soup is the best ever!
Best Thai I've had in a long time. Oir dinner was delicious. Server was knowledgeable and helpful.
We've been twice and enjoyed the door and service each time. Recommended to friends who also enjoyed.
Our server, Sue was engaged and genuinely friendly. Will definitely revisit when in NOTL.
Wonderful! Had driven passed the restaurant a couple times during our visit. Unsure of dinner plans, set an impromptu reservation and 15 minutes later, showed up to a great restaurant! The hostess was exceptional and knowing we booked through open table, got us a great table at the window. Food amazing. You gotta try it!
Delicious meal for 6 with excellent service and advice from Sue!
Sorry, but I had way better thai food for much lower price. Food was overly sweet. Also, I didn't find the staff was very welcoming. All restaurants in Niagara on the Lake was exceptional, but this one didn't give me the same experience.
One of our favorites in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The food is delicious, the service pleasant, and the restaurant is just steps away from the Festival Theatre.
This is not the greatest Thai food that I have eaten but if you are looking for Thai food in the Niagara region it is as good as it is going to get. Pleasant place to have lunch with a friend.
Absolutely wonderful! We had a hard time finding vegetarian food in NOTL but were so lucky to find this place.
Consistently great Thai food. Tried the red curry this last visit. It was excellent.
We went to The Friendly Thai pre-theatre. Two of three liked their meals, one found it mediocre. We've had better Thai elsewhere but it's not bad, and reasonably priced for Niagara-on-the-Lake (not to say it's cheap, the whole town is expensive for restaurants). Service was pretty good although dessert took a long time. Servers were very pleasant and eager to please.
We were a group of 12 enjoying a pre-Shaw dinner. The food was great, service excellent and just a short walk to Shaw’s Featival theatre. I will go back.
I went with a group of friends. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and answered our questions/offered suggestions. The food was absolutely delicious. I would recommend for groups or on a date - it is a fun and casual atmosphere.
Great addition to the Niagara on the Lake dining scene
A truly lovely dining experience at Niagara's Finest Thai Restaurant! The service was truly friendly, informative, and most welcoming. The food we ordered, every course, was absolutely wonderful in presentation and delicious. We loved our Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken, Stir-fried Mixed with Shrimp, and especially the Thai Ice Tea. Highly recommend reservations to this exceptional restaurant!
We ate at Niagara's Finest Thai as it offered the best vegan options we could find in the area. The dishes are marked as vegan and are delicious. The staff are friendly and the drinks are great.
