   Genuinely, one of the better restaurants I tried in Arizona. Drinks and food were amazing. We tried the apps, tacos, and the burger! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Never had a quesadilla like that before and I’m already thinking about it!

   Had dinner with my brother and sat outside, had the queso fundido and burger and both were amazing. The atmosphere and ambience is a 12/10.

   When we got there we ordered drinks and apps right away while we waited for our friends to meet us. Our friends arrived maybe five to ten minutes after us and ordered drinks. The apps and their drinks came out before ours were brought over from the bar. Ours sat on the bar for quite a while. My friend actually told the server that our drinks were on the bar(we could see them). The server said there was printer issues? But we could plainly see the drinks… so… shouldn’t she? I was confused. She also knew absolutely nothing about any of the dishes we ordered. Overall she was not knowledgeable of the menu. The food was okay but expected better service for the price.

   My boyfriend and I have both worked in the industry so we understand new restaurants take some time to figure out their kinks. But it took over 15 mins to receive service and even water. App was forgotten and even mentioned by server multiple times, still never made it to table. It’d be easier to look past it if our experience in the pro shop after wasn’t so poor. Worker didn’t make eye contact and seemed bothered to be checking us in. Place has so much potential, really hoping they pull it together because the place is a beauty!

   Everything was awesome! Food took a little while to come out for one of us but the staff was so nice and offered to cover the cost of our food to compensate. The atmosphere was great for adults and kids and there was live music. Loved the food and the kindness of all the staff, would love to return!

   Great food and location. Service was a little off. Deliver ketchup with fries. Have salt pepper on the table. Bring an extra plate if we say we are sharing. All happened but we had to ask for everything above and that was slow—Would be nice if that was automatic. Rosy our server was great. Just need to have the details in place !! Looking forward to our next visit

   We had such a fun, laid-back lunch at Glenrosa! The setting is unbeatable—wide-open golf course views, desert sunshine, and an easygoing ambiance that makes you want to stay for one more round. The sampler appetizer tray was a hit, and both the beef torta and Sonoran hot dog were packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. Everything was fresh, sharable, and craveable (even if you don’t want to share). Service was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed. Glenrosa is officially on our go-to list for chill weekend hangs or any excuse!

    TLDR: this is now one of our favorite restaurants in Phoenix. This is exactly the kind of Mexican food I like the most. Everything felt so fresh and scratch made, and the salsas are completely unique and unlike any other Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Definitely get a few shareables since they’re so unique and delicious. Since this is only week 2 after opening, there are some kinks to work out still. Like for example, all of our tacos came out without salsa even though our server took salsa selections when we ordered. Also, the plate to food size ratio was a little off for the tacos. They came on a big plate with two small bowls and two small tacos, which left a lot of empty space on the plate and was a relatively unappealing plate presentation. However, these small issues didn’t detract from the overall experience and we look forward to coming back very soon to see how these improvements get folded in. Definitely check this place out!
