   What was supposed to be a great experience turned out to be an unforgettable night that wish I could forget. Not only was the food bad, but the service was even worse. The meal started out with this odd drink that changed colors over the course of mixing. Neat trick, but tasted not so great and it kept getting worse from there. So bad that we couldn't stay any longer and left halfway through the meal. We kept looking around to see if other people were enjoying this and that somehow we were missing something. Both of us enjoy all types of flavors and have visited some of the top restaurants in the country-not to say that matters-because bad food is just bad food. To make things worse-I had given my scarf to the girl checking the coats. When I got it back it had raw meat crushed into it. Benjamin Parks apologized and offered to pay for my dry cleaning -sadly, the grease couldn't be removed from my scarf. I sent my bill along with the price of my scarf to Benjamin Parkes and explained the situation and asked that they do what they felt would make the situation right. Well I guess that they felt they didn't need to do anything. Not only did they not pay for my dry cleaning, they haven't responded to the 3 emails that I sent about this matter. I am shocked that a restaurant of this caliber is handling this matter so poorly and rudely. I highly suggest anyone thinking of going to reconsider. The food is so over salted that you can't get it down -that for the price and service that we received-stay away
