   Sadly not as a good experience as before... So upset because the food is very good and I had not been back in a while and decided to go in because of the good food but the presentation and service was disappointing. First off, the server spit on me twice while talking… so gross, then we got some dirty plates and even tho we brought it to their attention, we continued to get dirty utensils and dirty plates :( clearly they need a new dishwasher or a checks and balances system in the kitchen to make sure they send clean dishes out. Overall it felt gross and it wasnt a pleasant dinner.

   My experience at the steakhouse was elevated by the exceptional service provided by our waitress. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm and welcoming attitude that set a great tone for the evening. She was attentive throughout the entire meal, checking in without being intrusive and making sure we had everything we needed. One standout moment was her deep knowledge of the menu—particularly the tomahawk steak. She explained that it had been seasoned overnight, which not only helped us appreciate the dish more, but also showed her passion and familiarity with the restaurant’s offerings. Her awareness was impeccable—she consistently monitored our drink levels and ensured timely refills without us having to ask. The speed and smoothness of her service made the entire dining experience feel effortless and enjoyable.    For the second time, we were seated in the loud bar area directly under a speaker with my 78 year old parents. This time, we waited 15 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We have dined there for over 20 years.

   My mom and I were in Atlanta for the weekend visiting from Tennessee, and I treated her to New York Prime Steakhouse for Mother’s Day. It ended up being our favorite restaurant of the entire trip! Everything was incredible from start to finish.

   Maybe the best steak in Atlanta. Consistently fantastic. Great service. Love this place.

   Keep it short and simple; no way! I want to recognize NEAL the server who is AMAZING, DYNAMIC, PERSONALIZED, Real HUMAN w/ Kindness, PROFESSIONALISM, INTELLEGENCE and just a OVERALL SUPER SERVER -Professional. He is from FL and clearly has GREAT home training and manners. He is international and has a GLOBAL-GROWTH mindset that helped keep the party of 7 going. We ate everything he suggested incl the main lobster with stuff crab. I loved the Tomahawk steaks and LETS NOT forget the sides of cheese mash (lord help me), spinach (well cooked), MUST try the Cinnamon Walnut Apple Pie, and Butter CAKE AS ITS OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious. I highly recommend NEAL as #1 server and the aforementioned items. I am so hungry thinking about how can I fit in another visit before I leave ATL. YOUR my #1 KEEP IT GOING and hire QUALITY EXPERIENCED SERVERS WHO HAVE A WORLDLY PALATE. Thank you-SDC via Philly.
