Diners can stop by and sample one of the 26 different Moles, or opt for the Fiesta Mole that features enchiladas covered in six different moles. New Rebozo also features seasonal dishes that use traditional spices and local ingredients, like the Chile Nogada that's only available between September and January.Visitors to New Rebozo can also try a traditional Margarita with their meals, or branch out and discover the Pomegranate Margarita for new and interesting tastes. Chef Paco is so friendly and welcoming! The food is outstanding. I had the 6 chicken enchiladas, each smothered in a different type of mole sauce. Not to be missed!

It’s always a pleasure to dine at New Rebozo. Chef Paco is personably and he is a creative chef. The food is always good and the service friendly and attentive.

We dine at New Rebozo as often as we can. We love the food and the wait staff is always friendly and on point. It’s always nice to Chef Paco. We love that he comes to your table and explains the menu. Oh my God.

This is a very nice restaurant with good food and good people. That said, the servers can be TOO attentive, coming round multiple times in a short period making me feel as though I needed to eat quickly and move on.

This place more than lived up to its reputation. The food was phenomenal and the attention to detail with over the top. Chef Paco really made us feel at home.

The restaurant had a limited prix fix menu for Valentines Day. I probably wouldn’t have reserved at this restaurant had I known this beforehand but I was there and figure what the heck I never been to this restaurant and heard a lot of good stuff about the food. The limited menu was bland and boring. I don’t know if I want to return for the regular menu anytime soon. This restaurant’s was just okay
