New Line Tavern
Great place to eat food was the best service was exceptional
Great atmosphere and good food! Love going here with my coworkers for a lunch out.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Super quick service. Great portion sizes.
Met after Bears game had a great burger!
Both my friend and I ordered burgers, medium. Both of ours came out extremely well done and mine was extra charred. Disappointing. Fries and tots were good, but hard to screw them up. :) Good amount of food for the price.
Good and deep menu; the feel is combo sports bar/burger joint. Entrees May be $1 over-priced for what they are, but speed and convenience count for something.
Service — from the barman — was excellent.
I would return.
I was able to make a noon reservation very easily and enjoyed that the place was not full. Must try the southwest salad, it was tasty and ingredients were fresh. I would have normally have the burger which is my favorite. My friend had the mac & cheese, which she said was very good. I love this place.
We love the cheese curds here! And our waiter was very friendly, yet not annoying or cumbersome. Really like this place.
We chose this place because it was relatively close to an event we had later that day. We planned to eat lunch there, but were surprised by the brunch menu we were handed when we sat down. We loved the brunch food- definite comfort food!
The bartender was super nice too.
Went on a weekday during the lunch rush and they had already had our reserved table set out for us when we got there. The waitress was quite attentive and we were in and out in under an hour, which is rare when you go out to lunch during the rush! Noise level was fine for talking. Food was good - definitely worth it to upgrade your side to the new line fries!
I am hesitant to give this place a good review because I selfishly don't want people realizing that it's great. Pretty good brunch deals, huge portions, and service is usually great. It has a bunch of TV's but isn't really a sports bar, has some interesting food but isn't really a snobby food place. Great brunch and the after work drink.
We went for lunch on a Tuesday and we only had 45 mins to get in and out. We made a reservation and were sat right away. I liked the tall table that was half chairs, half booth, under the windows. I had the fish tacos with tater tots which was great. My two friends ordered the steak tacos with rice, which they both liked. They brought the check promptly after we finished and we were out in time to get back to work. It was a nice cozy spot on a cold day.
Food was not good. The omelette was paper thin, the chicken sandwich was smothered in so much blue cheese it ruined it, biscuits and gravy had an awful gravy to it, and the hash browns were just mashed up tater tots. Service and drinks were good, however the food was just terrible.
