Staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was alive and fun without being overbearing. Food was fabulous!

Good food with good service - we will visit again very soon

It’s a great restaurant, very authentic south Italian food. But I think it’s overpriced for what it is. I hadn’t been since it was revamped and they have changed the menu and the prices, lots of variety on the menu. Staff were lovely, one kept trying to convince us to get the steak even when we weren’t in the mood for it. Lovely warm lighted atmosphere, music a bit too loud so had to shout over it for conversation and the radiators were on full blast so was sweating at some points

New Bettola is always very good. The staff are so friendly and pay attention to detail. The food is so so good. It is a must if you like italian.

Great food which is cooked for you, not heated up. Probably the best carbonara I have eaten. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant

No issues to raise as it was a pleasant dining experience with very friendly staff, other than 10% service charge added to bill for 2 adults and a child.?Prefer to leave tip rather mandatory addition to bill????

Birthday celebration and fantastic food and staff so friendly

Smashing evening at the New Bettola for Valentine's Day. Our first visit, and won't be our last. I'd heard good things from friends, and had high expectations, that were more thans matched.

Excellent, Myself and my wife had a table booked on valentines night, The whole night was perfect. Food was 1st class and the service was impeccable, will definitely be going back.

Great food and great staff and all for a great price

Such a shame. We found the restaurant on line when looking for somewhere to take some relatives who were staying at Heathrow for one night. Location was ideal BUT our evening was ruined as no conversation was possible as they had a huge 60th birthday party in the adjoining room. The door was open as otherwise the very hardworking staff could not have brought anything through.
At no point did any member of staff make any apology or even mention it. The food was fine, very generous portions, served hot but we didn't even consider a dessert as we just wanted to get out!
Tbh I think the restaurant should have been closed for the private event or thru should not have been allowed the music and live singer, who was utterly awful. We had to walk through the party to access the toilets and it appeared that the restaurant guests too would have prefferd the bold to have been lowered.

If you go do check if they have a party and if so steer clear.
Otherwise enjoy your evening in a we run, pleasantly staffed traditional Italian restaurant.

Great find pity about locality

We have eaten here several ties when staying overnight at a local.hotel before flowers my to the USA. The food is always fantastic and the staff effecient and friendly. We live the decor. This is our first visit in December but we loved the srasonal decor changes.

Visited with 8 work colleagues for our Christmas meal on 12th Dec. Seated in the rear area which was initially a bit noisy given the heavy rain falling on the plastic roof. But the rain eased, and as more people arrived the ambience improved with conversation becoming the loudest noise.
Served drinks and our starters very quickly, and all commented on the quality of the food.
After a reasonable pause our Mains arrived, and again all were excellent. Of particular note was the Whole Fish cooked in Salt, where the drama of serving added to the overall experience.
Will definitely pay a return visit to this excellent Italian restaurant, so close to our office at Harmondsworth.

An easy walk from Hilton Terminal 5 Hotel. Much better atmosphere and food than overpriced airport hotel. Wine choices excellent. Would certainly go again.

I visited here as we were staying in the area after visiting Harry Potter Studio Tour for my daughters 21st birthday. We had a lovely night and the food and service was excellent. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone who was visiting/staying in the area.

Food was great. Stereo was loud but waiter turned it down for us. Pretty inside with grape vines. Nice patio. Very glad we went!

The food was delicios, we Felt really grate. We came with hour kids and they had the back garden where to play, there was even a rabbit, they were really excited. We will be back soon

Had SUCH a wonderful dinner. Wanted to escape our airport hotel by Heathrow and this was a great experience. Wonderful food and drinks and great service. Would recommend to anyone near Heathrow.

My team and I (10 total) had a great deal of celebrating to do after a job well done on a recent project. I chose this cute, quaint place because the photos showed great promise. I was right! The service was amazing. The food had us nearly licking our plates and we loved the decor! There were actual grapevines with grapes hanging above our heads. This place was excellent and I would absolutely recommend it!! We will be returning. I only regret not taking more photos to share....

Great service Great food especially the home made pasta

Passing through, found New Bettola online, quick UBER there, had the House Merlot and The Carbonara, both were excellent. Highly recommended!
