   Anna the hostess was very friendly and courteous and took time to make us feel very special. Brad the server was outstanding explaining the menu with ease and helping Ev pick out a wine. Our water glasses were constantly full. Brad was always smiling and welcoming. We are looking forward to a return visit

   The service was exceptional and our steak and lobster special was delicious! Great value for the price! Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys fine dining!

   Received the wrong steak but already took long enough that I did not want to wait for the right one. Ordered tenderloin and got striploin. Not the best steak nor what I came for. Friend of mines steak was overcooked so they had to remake it - took 25 minutes.

   Food was horrible. The service was extremely slow. I couldn’t get a refill on my drink. It took two hours for us to get in and out of there. they wouldn’t tweak any of the dishes so no substitutions on sides (for example they would not let me substitute a baked potato for mashed potato, even though both were on the menu.) they wouldn’t butterfly the steak. Very inflexible. I will not be returning.

   Had prime rib and it was ok but very fatty. Lamb chops with 3 cuts and the one was completely fat and no meat. Hard to believe a chef would not notice that. That was so bad. I don’t think there is one good explanation. View of Detroit River was perfect.

   i wanted to take my daughters out for a very special evening and Nero's didn't disappoint. The food was great and the service was on point. They really felt taken care of. thank you again

   I would rate Nero’s as very good but most of my food was served barely warm, even after I advised the server that I like my food piping hot. The butter would not even melt on my mashed potatoes or my asparagus. This has been the same issue I have had almost every time I’ve dined there. I had the prime rib & I asked for it to be cooked medium even though I prefer it medium rare, otherwise it’s served warm as well. It’s put on the grill for a few minutes in order to cook it medium so it’s actually served hot. Not sure why they can’t serve the potatoes & veggies hot as well. It’s been a while since my last meal at Nero’s & it will probably be a long time before I go again, if at all. I just can’t do warm food, especially at a restaurant. It should be served hot, not warm.

   Before last night Nero's has been a memorable experience. Last night however let me just say the ribeye steak was a 2 out of 10. Very little flavor, dry and tuff. Shrimp cocktail wasn't crisp or that chilled. Don't like cocktail sauce you changed it. Actually onion soup changed to. Hardly any onion, had celery in it. Wtf. Went to Longhorn today spent way less and enjoyed way more. Only good thing about Caesars last night was we won for a change!!

    It was.... Ok. Not great, but OK. I ordered an Old Fashioned to start, and it was a pre mix JD Wiser. Yuck. The focaccia bread with olive dip was yummy. I ordered my steak medium rare, it came medium well. The cut was tender, at least. Asparagus was a bit soggy, and the mashed potatoes were uninspired. It was all ok, just not great. The space itself is lovely, overlooking the Detroit river.
