    Easy to make reservation. Sat us promptly. Friendly and attentive service. Orders were delivered quickly. The food was yummy! It was a Father's day celebration - and he very much enjoyed. You pay for the good quality and fresh food.

    Vibes of the restaurant were great. Love the decor & overall feel. Food was very good & waitress was really nice but just make sure you aren’t on a timeline. There was a lot of time between service & it was not overly busy. Unsure if they were understaffed. We weren’t in a rush & it was a very nice day on the patio so didn’t bother us much!

    We had an awesome experience all the way around. The food was great! Our server was very knowledgeable and prompt. A special thank you to Chef Mario who took time to come and greet us. Also, a special thank you to the manager Ivan who went out of his way to provide exceptional hospitality and making us feel like family! See you soon Neroli!

    We took a group of 9 to Neroli for my son's birthday on a Saturday night. It was very busy and so it was very loud and hard to have conversation. They decorated the table with little birthday confetti, which was nice. The food came out in spurts, with the last 2 plates coming out much later than the rest of the food. The waitress was pleasant, but she did not come to see if we liked the food or to offer parmesan cheese (almost all pasta dishes) and she didn't ask about a second round of drinks. The food was mostly very good - lobster pasta, scallops wrapped in proscuitto, veal milanese - but some dishes were only OK (carbonara, chicken broccoli ziti, bucatini amatriciana). I would go again, but not on a weekend.

    The food was good. We ordered gnocchi bolognese, veal parmigiana, chicken Marsala, and split the olive oil cake for dessert. Everyone was very satisfied with their meal. Other reviews have said, and I have to agree, that the restaurant is very loud. Fortunately, we were seated in a corner table toward the entry to the restaurant, so the noise level didn’t impede our conversation. We also had a 5:00 reservation, so the restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived. I would return to this restaurant again.

    Food and table service was pretty good but a lot of improvement can be done at the door. Reservation was 45 min late, host stand was not apologetic at all. Initially tried to be seated at a low table but said the reservation was for a high top table. Told it would only be a short wait. When asked about it after 30 min said they couldn’t give a time. No apology for lateness, offered a table outside seating when it was cold or dinning room area that was incredibly loud. I understand you can’t control people but apologizing for the wait goes a long way when it’s that far past the time. The table finally became available but it took 10 min to clean off some drinks and reset the table, no sense of urgency. Manager was made aware after we were sat and made the situation better but host stand can be better. They are the first and last impression of your brand.

    I had the crabcakes, spinach salad and spicy lobster dish. All very tasty. Atmosphere was relaxing on the patio.
