My partner and I are not vegans but WE LOVED IT! I found neon ramen on google and decided to go because it was nearby. We were not aware that they were a vegan restaurant until the waitress politely told us after sitting down. Admittedly we almost left and usually we would have left upon hearing this but we were both very hungry and the waitress was so warm and friendly that we decided to stay. The waitress came back to offer help with ordering food and to take our drink order. After asking for recommendations from their extensive cocktail menu she also said ‘if we have the alcohol I can pretty much make you anything you like’. She came back with the best passion fruit cocktail I’ve ever had!!! The food came very quickly after ordering and was so yummy! We got edamame and a miso udon with katsu chicken! The vegan chicken was better than if it was real meat chicken (no creepy surprise bones or weird coloured chicken hidden in batter 🤢). It was so yummy that we ordered a second bow and more edamame! We will be back! Thank you again for your lovely service, it really was a pleasure. And as a non vegan myself I was pleasantly surprised that the food was so delicious.

This is a great place to come on a date or with your kids. You can “build your own” ramen and with full fodmap and gf options available, everyone is happy. We have a family of fussy eaters and they all found something they loved (yes they do yummy hot chips as well). Decor is fun and it’s a lively venue. Staff are always friendly!

Such a great place. Can’t fault anything. Well worth the drive esp with veganyumm in the complex - although we didn’t need more food (already had our left over food in bowls for the next day)!! Love neon ramen.

I really love this place. We came here for a date night and my partner (who is not vegan) loves the food and we both love the vibes! the service is always fantastic and it is a unique and cosy dining experience, i recommend to my friends vegan and not alike!

Did have any wine for sale. Too cramped. Food servings was more than expected, Value for money, but didn’t get to finish entrees before the mains came out. Food was awesome tho

The team at Neon Ramen were very friendly and accommodating, and the food is always brilliant. We enjoyed an amazing birthday dinner with a group of 8 and found the food, atmosphere and service to be top class. We've visited several times and will be back again.
