First time going, and honestly really enjoyed it! The food was great! And our server Jeremiah was always attentive to our needs. Definitely coming back!

We had a reservation for 7 PM and were seated and greeted promptly. However, after the initial greeting, we never saw our server again. We received only water and assumed we would have to wait since it was busy, but all the tables around us were receiving service. At 7:40 PM, we decided to leave because we had two small kids and couldn't keep waiting any longer. We even attempted to get the server's attention, but to no avail. Not a great experience.

LOVED the Nickelodeon popup! So fun! It was a bit chaotic and loud but the food was great! The server was working really hard and although we had to wait for some things and they were out of two things that we ordered, I would recommend it for a silly, fun night out!

We were seated with no menus and left that way for another 20 minutes until we had to ask again more than once for them. We ordered and they only brought out half our drinks. They didn’t bring the rest until after we got the check.

Service was awesome! Everyone was so helpful- the waiter came to find us in the arcade room to take our order! The food was amazing and portions were good sized- we went during the Nickelodeon pop up and we will definitely be back!

Honestly I was very sad with my experience. I had been excited for this experience all week because I was surprising my husband (who is a HUGE Nickelodeon fan). When we arrived, it felt like the service did not want us there, even though we had made a reservation. It took them 15 minutes for our servicer to come greet us (and when he did it just felt like he did not want us to be there). We ordered and then were told that they might be out of some things (which my husband and I understood). However, he never came back to confirm with us and part of our order was wrong. The food that came out was warm at best (like it had been out for a while) and felt like we could have made it at home. When we finished our food, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the server to bring our bill (after coming to our table to clear everything off without asking if we wanted anything else). Overall, I would not want to go back to this restaurant due to it being so lack luster. Thankfully it did not ruin the rest of the night but it did leave us wanting a little more.

It was more SpongeBob than actual Nickelodeon. It could have had Rugrats ,there was one picture. I didn’t see anything from “ALL THAT “ they just offered “Kells orange soda”, which isn’t “ALL THAT” it’s Keenan and Kel. Not to mention I understand it’s a pop up but the wall paper was coming off the walls and you could see the decals underneath from whatever was there before, looked like Harry Potter. They had Donnie but no other characters from wild Thornberries, how do you not have Liza or Darwin??? They did a lot of SpongeBob and SpongeBob wasn’t even created until may of ‘99. It was cute but for the prices it could have been A LOT better . Eight dollars a shot, for mixer wasn’t it. The crusty crab pizza was as good though, chicken tenders were not.

Service was wonderful, ambiance was so fun for the kiddos, however they were out of literally EVERYTHING we ordered . It was actually comical. I would ask for something off the menu and the poor waitress would apologize over and over. This was for both food and drink. The kids however loved the ambiance, and the waitress although apologizing “ not her fault!” Was wonderful.

We came for the Nickelodeon pop-up event and had a great time! The vibe was so fun & our server was great! We had the Krusty Krab pizza & it was delicious!
