   Was not informed it was a set menu when I booked the table months ago. Advised staff I was allergic to prawns and asked for the vegi option as a replacement and then they brought prawns out to the table

   it was mine and my friends first time in Manchester on a night out and we had heard about neighbourhood from friends some good and some bad reviews but we’d thought we’d book a table for 8 on the bank holiday just gone to see how it was, we were 10 minutes late because of a taxi driver not knowing where he was going, I kept trying to ring to let them know but nobody answered the phone after 5 times of ringing them. We got there and the girl on the door was really friendly and was able to seat us even tho we were late, we then got our drinks and sat at our table then after 10 minutes of being there we got asked to move by I assume the manager and he was quite rude and just explained that another group was coming, I told him I had booked this table but he just ignored what I said, I told him we kept ringing to let them know we would be late but he said they can’t answer the phone because the music is too loud? Stupid excuse, we ended up leaving because there was no vibe at all, just really disappointed because it looked like such a nice place but really wasn’t

   Very disappointed that we and my husband who are in our late 30’s had a table booked but was refused entry for having no identification with us!

   The service was terrible! It took someone 45 minutes to come and take our food and drink order/offer us a drink. Whenever we asked someone for another drink, it took us asking 3/4 different members of staff and about ab20 minute wait until we got a drink. Very disappointing.

   We had a few drinks at the bar first and spent 30 minutes chatting to the Bar manager called Simon and a few of his bar staff, all really nice and we even got a complentary shot carousel with a sparkler on as it was my husbands birthday. Food was really nice as always, glad they are back open after being shut for 28days earlier this year.

   Wow, treated like princesses and not one minute went by where we were not being looked after by either the excellent waitress or the manager. Absolutely loved every second. Recommend a million times over! Bravo!

   Went to bottomless brunch on a Saturday and was fab ! Would 100% recommend. Will definitely be back .

   Once the staff attended to us, they was very friendly and polite, quick service after ordered just took a while to ask us for our drinks order and food order. Food was fantastic, flavoursome steak 👌🏽. Would 💯 return

   Neighbourhood was not open on Sunday. I phoned and emailed them and got no response. There was no sign on door as to why they were closed. Was really disappointed as it as my birthday and came down from Aberdeen for Easter weekend

    First of all the door men spoke to my boyfriend so rudely. Me and my partner ordered the fillet steak 12onz to share, in which we received a portion for enough for 1 person no way was that for 2 people. We was not happy as we’ve had several steaks in several places and had more than that each. I can’t describe to you how small it was I thought the lady had me confused and assumed I’d ordered 1 fillet to share for 2 people but I didn’t and she said that was the sharing for 2. It was double the price of 1 fillet steak? Which we wish we got because we would of got at least 1 each of everything and probably more . They gave you the tiniest portion of chips and sauce enough for person, for double the price I thought this was absolutely ridiculous. I will never be going here again I was disappointed I felt none of the staff understand what I was saying because it seemed like they were more interested in people that was drinking around us.
