   Great food, drinks and service from the staff, clientele very different to the Manchester venue which I think let’s it down a little.

   Service wasn’t great. Didn’t provide drinks when they were ordered and when they were mentioned they were brought over at the very end of the meal when we had requested them not to come anymore. Half of our meals arrived and they were nearly finished by the time the second half arrived. Not good when you’re meant to be enjoying the meal together

   Ambience was fantastic as ever and service was great but this was likely due to very small number of customers during our visits. They were attentive and gave my friend a birthday drink to go with our bottomless brunch. It is pricey compared to other places however you pay for the ambience and NBHD brand. Overall great experience

   Super cool fit out. Great menu. Shame waitress forgot my order and my dish didn't come until 15 mins after everyone else had finished ... v apologetic so no harm done but did mar things a bit

   We attended at the venue for our booking at approximately 2025 hours we were asked by the front of house staff to go to the bar for a drink as our table was not quite ready. We were also advised that a staff member would come and “grab” us in a few minutes when it was ready for us to be seated. 25 minutes later and we were still waiting, not one word of apology from any staff member, or even acknowledgement of us still being there waiting to be seated. We took it upon ourselves after failed attempts to speak with staff members to decide that after we had finished our drinks we would leave and find another restaurant to eat in. As we were leaving the same front of house staff member who had greeted us again completely ignored us and looked the other way. To then receive an email entitled “we missed you at Neighbourhood” was infuriating to say the least and was not completely accurate with your intended meaning! Please do however pass on thanks to the bar staff who recommended really lovely well made and presented drinks!!

    Great service from waitress but disappointed with the food. When served to table it was Luke warm. We complained and fresh was made. Only 4 tables were being used so it wasn’t as if they were busy!
