⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Negroni – Miami Midtown I wasn’t expecting to find some of the best sushi I’ve ever had at Negroni, but wow—this place absolutely delivered! Every roll was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and full of bold flavors. You can really tell the ingredients are top-quality, and the creativity behind each dish is next level. The ambiance is trendy but comfortable, with a great vibe that fits perfectly with the Midtown Miami scene. The service was also on point—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re in Miami and even thinking about sushi, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Negroni just raised the bar

Service, one of the two most important aspects of eating out was OK but not extraordinary by any means. I told my waitress that I wanted tomatoes sauce on my pasta, and I got a milky white sauce. After we were served the food, she came over to check on us and did not realize that my order was wrong, which a true waitress/waiter needs to see by just looking at the plate. Obviously, I didn’t ask to change it because you don’t know what happens to your food once it is taken back to the kitchen. The other thing I do not agree with is the automatic 20% gratuity on my check. I still give 15% unless the level of service is extraordinary that I may give 18% or even 20%. Other than that, food was good and the ambience reflects a location in Buenos Aires.

I don't think we'll be making it back. Here are the positives: the atmosphere was nice and the service was phenomenal. Our server was attentive, upbeat, and really watched over us. We visited at lunchtime and it was maybe at 20% capacity, so it was pretty empty. Now for the bad: the food. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad; the salad was hot and the chicken was drier than a desert. We also had beef sushi (Chefs Choice), which was not our choice, but we couldn't opt out of it. It was horrible. That is something that should not exist. I don't think we'll be returning.

Do better and be more present in terms of service. Would’ve made the experience slightly better and possibly over shadow the mediocre food.

We came just before happy hour, and our very handsome waiter suggested that we take advantage of the reasonably priced drinks and appetizers, which we did, and greatly enjoyed! Then we ordered some of the sushi and sashimi and it was very interesting…the fusion of Japanese cuisine with Latin flavors was excellent. We will be back!
