Our food and service was amazing! The Host was courteous and prompt and our waitress was fantastic. We will be back!
Very nice restaurant, service was great, very nice atmosphere. Negril is great date nights, family dinner or ladies night out.
I'm already planning to go back this month for the rum punch brunch. Food and ambiance was amazing.
Great experience at Negril! We were seated quickly, waiter was attentive, and food came out in a timely manner. My meal was delicious I have the jerk salmon sub for regular mash potatoes & a side of their Mac and Cheese. So delicious! S.N parking was $20 so just be mindful of that cost.
Excellent food, great service. Overall an enjoyable night.
I made a reservation through Open Table for dinner this evening. The food was okay. I had the jerk chicken, but the customer service was terrible. The waitress didn't ask my spouse what she wanted with the jerk salmon so we had to request another side. I ordered a vodka tonic and the waitress returned with a half-filled glass and then charged me $10 for it. A short while later she came back with the bill. Never asked us if we wanted anything else. Didn't even ask if we wanted anymore water. I spent $20 in parking and then a nearly $70 bill only to have terrible service. I left after only being there for an hour. And they also don't tell you that the tip is included in the bill. So unfortunately I paid extra for terrible service. Usually restaurants that include the tip in the bill do that because they know people won't pay for their bad experience in their establishment. There are too many good restaurants in ATL to be bothered with this place. I've gotten better service at IHOP.
Beautiful historic old fire house. Be sure to look up and see the holes in the ceiling where the fire poles were. Second plus, easy walking distance to the Fox.
Food was average. Just seems weird to eat Jamaican food in this gorgeous building. Also, the music was a bit loud and not charming, kind of jarring.
Cornbread is delicious. Shrimp and grits pretty good. Oxtail pasta good too. All servings were quite generous and much more than we could eat.
Bathroom is up the longest flight of stairs I’ve ever seen, which I didn’t mind at all. My older mother-in-law went through the kitchen to the service elevator, so tuck that away if anyone in your group is older or disabled.
Overall it was a pleasant dinner. Server was pleasant. Note, even though we were a small party our tip was already included on our bills.
We were there for my partners birthday and although the service was great, the food was not. I had Salmon that was overcooked, mashed potatoes with no seasoning (and actually tasted like instant potatoes) and old wine.. my partner had oxtails that were overcooked and not seasoned very well. The cabbage was bland and unseasoned.. the food was just not great overall. Our server tried her best to make the experience enjoyable, but the food ruined it all. We will not be back.
The food and service was great! I will come again.
Negril Village remains a favorite for business and personal dining. Delicious food and excellent service.
Food, drinks, and atmosphere were fantastic. I did not like the gratuity automatically included in the bill. Convenient to Marta and Fox Theater. Music was a little loud at first.
Birthday party great time
The staff is exceptional every time. The food is always great. The vibe is the best. Parking is easy, a little pricey but worth the experience.
Original Waitress was awful but there was gentleman passing who made up for her shortcomings and became our adopted waiter.
Great West Indian Spot. Food is tasty and on the weekend they have a 28.00 bottomless brunch OR u can order off the menue. Mimosa as served in island juice flavors. Overall The food is good.
The service and food was excellent as always. Available parking was an issue because valet parking was unavailable.
I have visited your restaurant in the past and my experience was ok to visit again. This past Sunday my family wanted to have my mother from out of town ezperience good jamaican food. This was the worst experience sadly to say. Everything we tried to order you were out of. No oxtails, punch, sodas, etc. and the parking $20 is ridiculous! Will not eat there again.
It's always great to being new guests to the 'Negril experience'. Our friends tried 2 things they'd never tried before: (1) rum punch, and (2) ackee tostones. They LOVED both. One had snapper dor dinner, and the other had curry chicken. All in all, they couldn't stop raving about the food, the drinks, and the overall experience. A very good time was had by all.
First off the atmosphere & the settings are excellent. Now the food, I ordered the goat when my food came it was very hot with steam ( a good thing ) & then my cabbage had hair in it. So I sent it back my food came again the 2nd time & it was room temperature not hot as before at all. But I still ate it & wasn’t anxious anymore & NOT satisfied. The server was very slow all the way around. After dinner I ordered dessert. After about 45 mins of waiting in dessert I cancelled it, it never came all he said was I’m sorry. Overall I was very very disappointed. To top it off it was $20 to park for a hour & a half dinner, 2 at the most.
Negril Village Team,
Thank you so much for your kindness, customer service, and your amazing menu. A special shout to Michael our waiter who was accommodating and patient as we prepared for the rest of our party to arrive. He insured our farewell gathering went perfectly.

Great food. The oxtail is great and the oxtail pasta is delicious.
The food was great but the young lady was so busy trying to help her other tables that she took to long doing simple things like bringing us the check then picking up the check to cash us out. Also, it sucks that for four people they automatically include gratuity. That cheats the servers because some people would definitely give more but I also understand that some people give nothing.
Best Jamaican food I've had outside of Jamaica! Generous servings!
Great food, moderately slow service but nice server. Great time.
Food and ambience is good. However, service is very slow. We had a show to get to at the Fox and almost didn't make, even though we got there at 6:25 for an 8:00 pm show. Please allow plenty of time for dining and take caution if you need to be somewhere after dinner.
Negril Village is a must stop before the Fox Theater......or anytime.
I loved everything except the chicken empanadas. Service and all the other food (Jerk chicken, rice and peas, Mac n cheese, cabbage) was great!
Loved it as usual
The food was so Delicious. I will definitely be back.
Make a reservation this restaurant fills up fast. Food is good and some dishes are deliciously spicy. Appetizers are great for sharing. We really enjoyed our group lunch.
Music/Live band is too loud. Food was not the best. The server was nice and that's the only thing that I enjoyed as it relates to the restaurant.
The food is very good there but. The service is terrible, the staff is very unprofessional. They were not welcoming, friendly or pleasant. From the rude host (Amir) to the nonchalant manager (Dean). Overall bad experience :(
Everything was Amazing. From the staff to the food!
Great atmosphere and food.
Negril's Sunday brunch is excellent!! Live band, good food and excellent service!!
I had friends in town and decided to take them to Negril Village late on a Saturday evening. It’s been one of my favorite Atlanta restaurants. The food was delicious as always. I don’t know if it was because of the time of night (11pm) but the service was poor. We showed up for a reservation early but it was a hassle getting sat. We were asked if we would mind sitting upstairs because there were no tables downstairs. We said we didn’t mind and the host directed us upstairs. When we got upstairs, there was no host in sight. I asked the bartender who said she would help us in 5 minutes. 5 minutes passed and I decided to go back downstairs to talk to the host. He said he would seat us downstairs and cleaned off a table. My friend were still upstairs waiting and I texted them to come back downstairs. We’re finally seated about 15 minutes after our reservation time. No one comes over to us for about 10 minutes. I then flag down a man who is running food to a table. He looked like he could be a manager. I asked who had that table and he said he would go find out. A few minutes later, the waitress comes over. She was apologetic and pleasant. We ordered waters, cocktails, my friends ordered a couple of appetizers and we all ordered entrees at one time. The waters were brought to the table. The apps were brought and my friends ate them. Then our food arrived. We all ordered the jerk chicken and it was delicious. Our cocktails never came. The waitress kept saying the bartender was still working on them. Once the food came, we no longer wanted the drinks. We told her she could go ahead and cancel the drink order. It had been over 20 minutes since we ordered the drinks and it would’ve been nice to drink them before our dinner came and not when we were done. She asked if we could talk to her manager about cancelling the drink order. I said that was fine. Several minutes later she comes back and said that the manager cancelled the drink order. We finished our meal and left.
The food was great but the service was terrible. Made reservations and went upstairs to dine. The waitress passed us 3 times and never greeted us. Finally, the bartender offered us to sit at the bar. The waitress was rude and only cared about her larger dinner guests. We waited 45 min to get a table which was dirty and the entire time we never saw her. We had to ask another waitress to put in our order and ask water. Finally we decided that we wanted to pay and leave and waited for 20 min to get the bill. We literally had to go up to the bar and pay for our food.
Friday night was awesome. The food and service was excellent. I recommend this restaurant to Everyone who likes Caribbean food
The atmosphere was very nice our waitress Londie was very sweet and the food was amazing
Server was very friendly and efficient. Food was amazing. Loved the ambiance. Great location, especially if you’re going to a show at the Fox.
