I really did enjoy Negril. I will be going back soon. I love the atmosphere and the vibe
The ambience, the music, the delicious food, the people, our waiter (Jermaine), everything was great! I look forward to returning!
Service, food and ambiance was top shelf, the music in my opinion was way too loud, made it hard to have a conversation at the table.
Loved the upscale jamaocan vibe. Drinks were great, food was awesome and he building is beautiful!!!
great food environment is awesome def will be back soon
The food was good. However, the food temp was not hot. The music did not fit the occasion, because it was Valentine's Day. Also, was unaware of the gratuity added to the bill without prior knowledge.
Great food and great service!!
Great vibe, great food, great drinks, great service!
Wonderful service. Great food. Lovely drinks. Lovely music!
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of nine people. The food was excellent And a great environment
Birthday, It was a great time. Hostess and servers were attentive to our needs. Food was wonderful.
They really need to get a parking deck. The cost to eat dinner there should adjust parking fees. I paid $15 for 1 hr of dinner. I also paid $7 for a bottle of water the waitress made it seem like tab water was not good for you.
Dope experience I will be coming back.
Amazing place and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend
When I walked into Negril, it was very beautiful! The staff were amazing! And the manager made sure to stop by our table. It was also cool because when we went Da Brat and her girlfriend was seated behind us.
HOWEVER, this is the first review I’ve ever left and I felt like it needed to be left. The food was not good at all! I am Jamaican and my husband is Guyanese so we expected the food to taste amazing. We were so wrong! We got the Codfish Fritters which wasn’t bad but they didn’t taste like Fritters. I got the jerk Salmon, which I was going back and forth between that and the Saltfish and Ackee. And my husband got curry chicken and roti.
First off, the jerk salmon tasted like those nasty Jerk and ketchup sauce they sell at the grocery store. Then it was on top of this man made mashed sweet potato and I asked to replace the vegetables with plantain. The plantain was the best part of the meal! I had to finish the salmon because I was starving but oh lord was it nasty!
Then my husband got the curry chicken and roti. First off, it wasn’t Roti it was Purry... Purry has peas in it. Which is actually my husband’s fav so that was great. Also, if you are selling curry chicken and roti, it should be chicken breast because you use the roti to pick up the meat. The meat should be off of the bone so it’s easy to eat.
Overall the ambiance and the experience was nice, but the food was extremely disappointing and expensive for how it tasted.
The food was not as good as previously. Definitely make reservations. Everything else was good.
No social distancing whatsoever.
Negril Village is on my favorite spots on ATL! I live in NU and have been to their flagship restaurant and love that they have expanded! The staff is exceptional and the food is great!
The music was a bit loud and I was not expecting to hear that much American music at a Jamaican restaurant. Also the social distancing was minimal and the service in my opinion was not work the 20 percent gratuity you have to pay. The food however was really good.
I would say the servers should be trained a little better . He forgot my drink numerous of times and was soooo slow . The food and ambiance is always a 10 amazing food . The servers just need to be better the bartender was a bit slow to !!
Great atmosphere, great food, and great music.
Very popular location but this was my first time going. Excited about the food and ambience because I heard great things. My overall experience was good staff was friendly. However the wait for food was long and when it arrived it was luke warm. I will try the place again maybe for brunch.
Great way to start my husband’s birthday weekend.
Husband’s Birthday Dinner
Very pleased with our experience. Friendly staff. Delicious food.
Man and cheese and empanadas are bomb. Beautiful restaurant.
The waitress appears to not have any patience. She kept forgetting to bring things to the table
Overall great food/mimosas and great music - could have been a bit more socially distanced. The front desk girls seemed a little disorganized but overall great experience.
I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the music that was being played once we got in. We ordered jerk wings, oxtail pasta and salmon. Everything was very well seasoned. And our waiter was very nice.
Food was excellent, it was crowded and very noisy however. Also it was very expensive!!
Celebrating my son’s 10th birthday. Music was too loud and inappropriate for 6pm dining. Gratuity is charged on all tables no matter the size of the part. It was nice but their some of their processes and processes takes away from the experience.
Awesome host and waitress. Everything was simple and smooth, my food came out very fast and my drink was a new flavor. I never tasted Hibiscus margarita and it was delicious
I love it like I always do!!!
Food was great. The drinks are not good at all.
