The Chef Aurélien Lasjuilliarias loves generously worked plates, rich in textures, often accompanied by a sauce or juice, accommodated by a thoughtful garnish. After 5 years of rigorous learning, fifteen years of work from palaces to bistros and always a desire for accomplishment, he developed an insatiable curiosity and a self-taught culture for the pleasure of the guests !

Thursday evenings are special at Nectar, we welcome live bands to entertain our guests. Immerse yourself in an immersive musical experience while enjoying our cocktail bar and restaurant featuring seasonal cuisine.
