Menu offerings include a wide variety of traditional Italian antipasti, bruschetta, Neapolitan pizza and entrees made on premise. Nebo also features a full bar, a comprehensive whiskey list and an extensive Italian wine list of over 100 bottles . Many of these selections are offered by the quartino – presented in individual carafes, just enough for those wishing to share and compare.
Bad experience. Bad owners. Pallotta family is a shame for Boston City
Every appetizer, entree, and dessert ordered was delicious. Best meal during our stay in Boston
Best service we’ve enjoyed in a while. Thank you!
It was busy on a Wednesday night for dinner time, and we had high hopes. The sangria was great, the food was okay (much better at any North End restaurant). The service was just okay. We had to wait about a half hour between appetizers and entrees. We had to keep asking for water refills. And when the check came, they had charged us $54 for a bottle of wine that was $40 on the wine menu. They also charged us for a birthday dessert ($9 for a mediocre chocolate dessert). I've never seen that at any restaurant. I don't think I'll come back here. It was expensive for what it was.
Our server was very knowledgeable on the food items from the menu. I loved the squid ink pasta (I don't like scallops so I substituted with shrimp)....it was to die for! Loved it. Please don't take that off the menu (or at least - bring it back in the fall/winter). The only thing I could say is giving more octopus in the appetizer we got.... the slices were so thin that I feel you could give more to the customer given the price, etc. The meatballs were delicious and the sauce (not gravy) was spot on. Will be back for sure.
Great food and service in a lively relaxed atmosphere.
Great food and exceptional service. Our server was wonderful. Well worth a visit.
Great food and awesome wine selection. Waiter was very nice & helpful.
Food was good. Atmosphere/decor was great. Service was disappointing that it impacted us where we wouldn't return again.
The food was pretty good - light and very fresh flavours. I would have liked salt and black pepper on the table to be able to adjust the seasoning to my taste as I found it a little bland. The food came within five minutes of ordering and we were done in 45 minutes, so don’t plan on this being an evening out. Nebo attracts a mostly young crowd. Tables are packed in tight and the noise level was very high so we had to almost shout to hear each other.
Awesome great dinner, appreciate the gluten free care for my wife.
Great food! Must have the lasgana! Great pastas. Great wines.
Excellent service. Food very good. wine range good, but quality a notch down
Great, lively restaurant with authentic Italian dishes and very good entrees. Upscale, attracts a chic " crowd. Terrific service. Definitely an "in' place to go in downtown Boston
Went for lunch. Food was good, ambience comfortable and warm, service was attentive. Good experience. Will be back for dinner.
service was good and attentive. Garlic brochette was burnt (as always), shrimp pizza was ok but heavy on cheese, bolognese was good, ice cream was good
Nebo always delivers! Exceptional service, great food, a true favorite.
A member of our party is gluten free, and they are always so considerate and the GF pasta is delicious.
Service was good but slow, it was very busy.
Phenomenal. Try the zucchini lasagna. It's the best. A little bolognese sauce never hurts.
Very very good service and food was excellent. One of my favorite places in Boston.
Waiter was great - great start to the evening and the owner came by to check on our meals and if we needed anything. The octopus app is delicious as is the eggplant and the sweet and spicy sausage.
The seafood fra diavlo was just the right amount of spicy!! Extensive ITALIAN wine list
Only thing to be aware of is it is busy ( good for them) but loud...
Great service with great food, good portions portion but not too large
Their gluten free menu is fantastic, and very appreciated. I always have a great meal and have never been cross contaminated. I feel I can eat at Nebo safely...and the food is delicious!
Food was fantastic; service was great; was so loud we actually thought about leaving.
Came for a work lunch with my advisor. Food was wonderful as always. Our server did not push the French fries on us like normally happens, we declined and he said okay! Overall great!
disappointing meal. Poor quality ingredients with an emphasis on appearance not taste or quality...
Tasty food in a relaxing atmosphere! Bread was fresh and authentic! Large portions big enough to share.
Phenomenal food, great atmosphere, excellent service every time we go.
Always great food, friendly and prompt service, good energy in the bar and restaurant
service was outstanding and even owner came over to see how everything was
The whole experience was great, thank you! The only feedback I’d share is that the host had shared how many was in the party. I had called ahead of time to let restaurant know that
It was great- food, service-everything was very nice...
Gluten free appreciated
love this place!!!!
Fabulous food, but tables are too close together which in combination with the noise prevented us from having a relaxing meal. Will be back at a quieter time.
Great menu and gluten free menu also available. Modestly priced for the location and caliber of food. Service a bit slow at first, but picked up and we were served quickly after order placed and not rushed out. It is a fairly noisy place though.
I have been many times and Nebo never disappoints. Terrific food, lots of energy and Tammy, the best server in Boston.
Veal was amazing. The service was great. My son has severe food allergies (dairy, wheat, eggs, etc) and the server and kitchen did a great job making sure he was safe and had an amazing meal. Pro-tip:gluten-free calamari is just as good as the regular :)
Food was excellent, service was excellent, atmosphere was excellent. A trifecta of excellent.
Everything was doused in oil. No flavor in the meatballs or gnocchi. Not up to our standards. Overall disappointing.
