   Loved Neapoli! Service was perfect combination of attentiveness and space. Calamare calabrese was divine!

   This was our 5 or 6th time at Neapoli. It was Valentine’s Day! We always come for the Rigatoni Bolanese. Delicious as always, we also tried a pasta special with Lobster and Shrimp, excellent. We love the Firecracker Shrimp & Calamari appetizer and the Italian Egg Rolls. The portions of all the courses are plentiful. We winded up taking home some of both pastas and half of the egg rolls. So, the next night we were able to have another great dinner with our leftovers, yum! Neapoli never disappoints. BYOB.

   We have eaten here twice and the food is very good. Our first experience was better. We had a more experienced waiter and he was better trained. Our most recent waitress was 16. Although very nice she was not properly trained. When you charge the prices that Neapoli charges you need professional, trained wait staff. We also sat on the kitchen side of the restaurant and it was very very loud.    Food is great! Love the firecracker shrimp and calamari! Portions are a nice size and menu has a nice variety of items. Salads are also large and great for sharing.

   Spicy pork chop was nice but combined with sweet potatoes made it not good at all. Terrible combination

   I love this neighborhood BYOB place! Owner, Lou, is a great guy and you get a great meal for a great price! Definitely recommend and I will return.

   We enjoyed our meal. I was worried about the mixed reviews but everyone liked their food. Service was fine and we were not rushed.

   Horrible service. Kitchen was backup. Nobody came over to apologize. Waited an hour just to get our salads. Been here before and this never happened. Food is still very good. Just not managed well .

   Hello Mets86, very sorry we did not do well with your experience. We are constantly training our staff to be better prepared for our busy nights which come every weekend.
