Peruvian cuisine at its finest. Never had it but all dishes were topnotch. the ceviche, the eggplant and the 24hrs cooked chicken. As we didnt have a large appetite we were able to opt for a 3 course menu instead of 4, 5 or 6 so the flexibility of the staff was highly appreciated!
