   I had an amazing experience at Naxos our waiter Dominic was great he gave us the right amount of attention. Serve was awesome food was great.

   First the good. The restaurant is beautiful. Very spacious with a separate room for private functions. Nice bar area too. We were greeted by what I assume to be management, who were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant. From there, our expectations fell very short. I really wanted this restaurant to be great. I have been a fan of the family that owns it for a very long time. I didn't have super high expectations either. However, for the prices being charged, I expect a much higher level of service and culinary quality that we did not receive. The service was ok. Our server was ok, but we had requested a cushion for one of the chairs that we had to ask three times for. The tables was not marked between courses, so we received our entrees without flatware to eat with. As for the food, everything we ate for the most part was grossly overcooked. Scallops for $48 were 6 - u10-20 sea scallops that had the abductor muscle still attached and were cooked through and rubbery. Octopus appetizer was a good value from a portion size, but the octopus was way overcooked to the point of being mushy. The Fagri whole fish came out overcooked and very bland, almost not a hint of salt on it. Again, I wanted this to be an amazing experience. I also expected this to be somewhat expensive (though I didn't know exactly since they do not have their menu prices online), but at the price they charge, everything should at least be cooked correctly. I felt that this was a diner trying to be fine dining without knowing how.

   Our waiter was mostly nowhere to be seen. I had to ask other people working other tables at least 3 times to refill our water glasses. I ordered a drink and waited 20 minutes for the waiter to bring it to our table. I wanted to order a refill because I finished my drink before the appetizers were served. I got my 2nd drink served when nearly done with my entrée. We ordered four lunch items that we didn’t realize included Greek fries. In ordering I ordered 2 sides of fries. Three sides of fries were served along with the fries included with our lunches. You would think the waiter would have told us that the fries were included. The runner who brought the food to our table served my three year old granddaughter a side of Greek fries along with her three chicken nuggets ($14). We ordered just plain fries. Our waiter look at the order he took and agreed a mistake was made. The runner just rolled his eyes in annoyance at us. If my granddaughter was not with us he would not have gotten away with his disrespecting me. We waited about 30 minutes for our lunches to be served only to be told by our waiter that he forgot to put the order in. We ordered desserts for the three adults and my granddaughters lunch I was told came with ice cream Just what she wanted. AGAIN, we waited 30 minutes. The runner served the ice cream in an enormous bowl and with a table spoon. 2 small scoops of ice cream (more than she can eat) but in a bowl that was too large and too high for her to manage. My wife asked for something more manageable in size along with a teaspoon. After a lengthy wait a dish that the olives are usually served was delivered to the table by that time she was full. Our desserts were MIA. we were now at the restaurant 3.5 hours. Meanwhile, we were still waiting for out three desserts. We ask for the check because my granddaughter was already late for her nap. We have eaten here 5 times and the first 4 were 5 stars. There was no excuse for such bad service

   Very very very slow service. Waited an hour between appetizers and lunch. Food was good. Wait staff was attentive and polite but seriously an hour.

   Was there for a special occasion - 60th birthday. Had informed when I booked. Reiterated when I walked in to take my table. Yes - MANAGEMENT failed to inform the serving staff. So the WHOLE POINT of coming to dine there was washed out. Otherwise - serving staff (Adam) was good - no complaints.

   First off the hostess, was able to add two to our reservations due to a last minute change and that was huge for me! The food was great, our waiter was fantastic. We were a large party and can be somewhat demanding, and he was good to us.

    It was the best experience I have seen in a while at any restaurant in the area. The food was fresh and cook to perfection. What a wonderful experience and the waiter/waitresses were out of this world. Definitely a 5 star experience.
