We love the grove, and we have had amazing dinners at Nave's sister restaurant Ariete in the past. But unfortunately our experience at Nave was disappointing from start to finish. As soon as we sat down, we were attached relentlessly by a swarm of mosquitos. We considered leaving right away but had just opened a full bottle of wine (which by the way wasn't very cold). We regretted not leaving for the rest of the night. Food was just OK. The type that just tries too hard and falls short instead of just nailing simplicity. We chugged the last of the wine and bailed to another restaurant down the street where we very much enjoyed the rest of our night. For the price, and given the reputation of the restaurant and brand, it just wasn't a very good experience in any respect.

It's my third time eating at Navé and this time was as good as the other two times! I had the duck ragout and it was very good! My husband had the trout, which is a pink salmony trout, and it was also very good! Service was also very good!

The food was excellent! I was surprised to see it so empty, it seems like people in Miami haven’t found this hidden gem yet. The only thing I didn’t like was the policy that they won’t sit you if the whole reservation isn’t there, even if the restaurant is empty and the reservation is small. Anyhow, they did end up accommodating us with this which showed that the service is very good and reasonable.

Beautiful atmosphere on the outside terrace. The food was good and service was good. Small plates but overall lovely if you sit on the terrace. We ordered a bottle of wine but served a different one with a price point of $100 difference with no notice until we looked at the bill later. The devil is in the details.

Everything was amazing. Had the hamachi crudo and west coast oysters as appetizers. For dinner, the turbo fish and fusilli. All were amazing. Topped it off with a lovely bottle of a Cabernet blend. Would definitely go there again.

We went for NYE. The prix fixe menu had a good variety of tasty food for everyone to pick from. Our only issue was the cocktails we ordered pre-dinner took forever to get to the table after we ordered. I think there was only one bartender working for the whole restaurant (on a popular night). Besides that, the meal was good and the bottles of wine came out fast!

This restaurant has great food. In retrospect, we should have eaten inside as I think the service was likely a bit better inside. The snapper and grouper were superb. Well cooked and with great flavor. The restaurant is a little pricey, but I think you were paying for the quality of the food. Would recommend but probably better to dine inside.

Our party of four arrived at the restaurant and we requested to be seated at a table by the entrance (table for four) and the host indicated that table was reserved.The restaurant was half empty and libations took more than 20 mins. Server was pleasant, however, our entrees did not arrive at the same time. In fact, I finished my pasta before my husband’s fish and our friend’s short ribs were served. My friend’s Ibérico meal was stone cold. She had to send it back. So basically I ate by myself. When we left the restaurant, the table we had requested was still empty and when my friend complained to the host, he dismissed her and told her that table was only for VIPs… YES.HE.WAS.THAT.RUDE. There are many good places in the Grove to dine, but this is one place I will not be coming back to, no matter how good the food was.

Always a positive experience at Nave. Natalia has been our waitress the last two times there and she has been excellent. Adrian, always comes up with delicious wine to pair our meals with. Neighborhood GEM. Go check it out.

Two problems first they have a evroni bianco on menu for $14 they’ve ask what gin you want and suggestvHendrik ok and the bill is $19 bs also 4th time we ask for simple green salad which they serve First three time charge $7 per last nite they charge outrageous $12 per And the place has a small over priced menu and limited choices

Nave is one of my favorite restaurants! Besides the phenomenal ambiance and location the food is impeccable. We ordered about half the menu and each dish was intricately plated and tasteful. Started off with the seafood plateau which included a dozen east coast fresh oysters, crudo, shrimp and lump crabmeat salad. Oyster Rockefeller was so good we ordered another round. As a main entree I ordered the scallop appetizer which was the perfect size along with the shareable creamed broccoli rabe and the pasta sides. The short rib was fork tender ofcourse. We ordered the 3 desserts of the evening but my fave was the caramel Mud pie. Omg yum! Oh and they cocktails….order the Infante! PS order a side of their focaccia, it was also super delish! Thanks for a great night Nave fam♥️

It was a wonderful brunch experience. The Rose water sangria was delightful. We devoured the Miami Clams. The candied walnut pancakes were worth every bite. The service was fantastic. Definitely returning.

What a lovely place. Thanks to Miami Spice, that we ventured into an area that we wouldn't normally go to. The service was superb. We had three staff attended to us and everyone of them were welcoming and engaging. Food was fresh, flavorful and well presented. We will be back.
