Great food. Not crowded. Will be dining again
Server was sweet. Love the ambiance and mood. Molten lava cake was crazy good!
We made a reservation at 10:30am, and sat until 10:55am with no menu, no drinks, no water, and no service. Not a single server even acknowledged us so we walked out and got breakfast at a different hotel across the street. Horrible experience
Great breakfast spot! Food was good, music was nice.
Had a great time getting dinner with friends! Chloe showed us around and gave exceptional service. She was amazing - I can’t wait to come back for lunch!
Overpriced pool food.
Nice outdoor space with a view of the pool. Beautiful, chill vibe. Good bites and recommend for lunch or even just a coffee.
Better food at Denny’s. Steak over cooked. Bland. Chicken and potatoes was all grease and bland. Cocktails made wrong. Server did not know the menu. The price was shocking for the experience. We are used to DC prices- but the food and service is usually equivalent. Not here. Glad we got a last minute reservation and a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was kind- just not able to wait tables. The hotel was trashed on the way in. The bathroom stall was littered with drinks, masks, no toilet paper.
I'll preface my review by saying that the Nautilus seems very understaffed in every department. The employees work hard and for the most part, are incredible.
When I went to lunch, the hostess was awesome. She took my order early because their brunch menu was about to end. I sat down and opened my computer while I waited.
About ten minutes later, a different employee came up to me and snatched my brunch menu away, and told me I couldn't order. Ten miscommunications later, she went to the kitchen because she didn't think I'd placed an order with a hostess. She later apologized, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall it was a really nice brunch spot to eat and work while staying at the hotel.
Wait staff was not attentive and very overpriced for eating with plastic ware. If I’m paying for a steak I would like a real fork.
Went for Valentine’s Day so they had a prix fix menu. Service was slow despite everyone having limited choices. I ordered my steak rare but it was closer to medium and the lobster was rubbery. The quality of the food didn’t match the price point. Overall the experience was three stars but they marked me as a no show with OpenTable so I’ll pass that negative ding on my record to them for a total of two stars.
Lunch was good, service wasn't great. Should have checked back after food was delivered as we didn't have things we needed and weren't able to eat for a while. Food was good and lots of outdoor seating. Reasonable prices for South Beach
This place is an ABSOLUTE GEM! Portions are incredible and VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!! The food was so fresh with incredible FLAVOR! Highest recommendation!
Had an enjoyable dinner outside. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was very good, fresh and tasty. The location is great. The hotel is beautiful and the outside area in the back has a great design with dramatic lighting for a total Miami Beach nighttime experience.
Great food and atmosphere, love the outdoor setting on a beautiful day
I really don’t know how to rate this experience . We had an 8 p.m. reservation for four. It took ten minutes for us to even be greeted. The hostess was oblivious to our reservation . Not busy in the restaurant at all. The hostess seated us and never returned. We waited about another 10 minutes and left. Luckily we were able to get in somewhere else. Will never go back.
Great setting. Lovely outdoor back patio area. Staff is friendly and attentive. The grilled octopus and the ceviche were excellent starters. The churrasco steak was perfectly done and seasoned as was the plank salmon. Great value for the price. Service was a little uneven (one server came by with the same starters a couple of times - I guess we could have eaten twice) but a very nice spot to eat in Miami Beach.
I was drawn to this restaurant because of a spicy lobster dish on menu. I asked to take the remainder with me. The guy didn't understand me but when I explained to my waiter, they remade the dish for me to take home. I think that was cool.
We went for Christmas brunch. The food choices at the buffet were limited and the meats weren’t cooked well. Great ambience.
Octopus was, OMG, absolutely fabulous
Went on a Sunday for the brunch buffet. It was pretty good but 100% not worth the price. This place is good for a special occasion but I would never come here casually.
Food was wonderful. Service was very slow.
Made a reservation for 9:30 then changed it to 10:00 because our flight was delayed when we arrived there was no one in the restaurant and apparently they decided to “close early” even though we had made and confirmed our reservation for 10:00 pm.
The service wasn’t good by the food is tasty
Best Sunday brunch in Miami, highly recommend to other travelers!
It was average overall. Nice enough staff but we didn’t know who our waiter was as so many people stopped by at odd times. Miami service is often strange. Ordered rare hamburger and it was completely raw and inedible. Risotto was very good. French fries laughably bad. Overall a typical mediocre Miami experience
Great food, good service!!
Food is great. Service is less than average. I had to ask every waiter and server for napkins, utensils, drink and the check. My waitress had smoked a fatty, wreaked of weed and was so high, she forgot she was a waitress and glued herself to the band like a groupie. Funny and pathetic.
The food was really nice, we dined on a Sunday night and there was only us and one other table
One server. Allot of in and out of beach traffic through restaurant. Server not attentive. Mushroom flatbread was good club sandwich not so much. Not impressed.
Great live music
Fantastic brunch! Bottomless rose and exceptional food!
Deludente, buffet scarso. Ambiente non raffinato, poca scelta e scarsa qualita del cibo.
I had the branzino and was pretty pleased. Others had the tuna poke and were not happy. The service was mediocre at best. Server barely spoke English and forgot items ordered. Ambiance was nice.
We went for brunch on my sister’s bachelorette party and LOVED this place. Great ambiance on the patio, very chic Miami vibes. The food was delicious, and our service was excellent. Just as a heads up, the brunch buffet with the live Cuban band and the $15 bottomless Rosé is only available on Sunday. Saturday brunch is just the regular brunch/lunch menu with no drink specials.
Beach/Pool feel — not dining room standards.
Bartender was excellent.
Presentation could have had more crispness and energy.
Excellent service in a beautiful setting! Dishes were abundant and tasty, lots of vegetarian choices. Kids liked it a lot!
I wish this restaurant had an à la carte menu to compliment their Sunday Brunch buffet. The offerings, though good quality and attentively curated for diverse palette, were nothing out of this world. I have seen bigger spreads at friends' homes when invited over for Sunday breakfast.
Service is friendly and relaxed, but could have been more attentive.
Skip brunch and go for the live Cuban music, overpriced cocktails and pool side views. Those alone are worth the price of admission.
This was my first time eating here, I recommend 100%.
The service was great, food delicious, ambiance beautiful.
Definitely going back.
Excellent food and service. Only problem is that if you do sit outside there can be people smoking who are seated by the outdoor pool at the hotel. I needed to move inside to finish my meal.
