We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Celebrate the holidays at natuRe Waikīkī (Please read to the end) From Dec 13 to Jan 5 we will offer our 7-course Holiday Tasting Menu. Enjoy 6 savory courses and 1 dessert incorporating locally-sourced ingredients, including Kona abalone, fresh hearts of palm, Bocconcino burrata, and Big Island beef. Tasting menu is $150/person (including keiki) For an additional cost we will offer optional: - Supplements - Wine pairing - Local tea pairing *This year, in order to enhance our guest’s experience, we are focusing on presenting this one extra-special offering. Great service and ambience. The food was interesting and tasty. It tasted like French fused with Polynesian done in an inventive way.

I have eaten here several times, and it seemed to cater to vegans. This time did not feel that way. The tasting menu was just for heavy carnivores. The vegan offerings were nasty. The pasta (without the shrimp) had very little flavor. I had sorbet for dessert, and that was ok. The charcoal-ed heart of palm didn’t have as much flavor as I remembered.

Everything was delicious. I don't know how else to describe this other than the fact that I don't like driving into Waikiki at all and I would for this restaurant again and again. Worth the drive and worth the money! Service was impeccable.

We had a fantastic experience sitting at the chef's counter for the vegan tasting menu. Every dish was special and unique. The waiting staff was excellent as well. A great time overall!

Thanks to Travis, Lohi, Nick, Brendan, and Yuhi for excellent food and service. Special thank you to Zack, the line cook who was right in front of us and explained the dishes while never missing a beat while cooking. We visited this restaurant expecting a fine dining experience, but sadly, it fell short of expectations, especially at $160 per person. This was our second visit, and both times, the chef was absent. The meat, bread, and fish were inconsistently cut, and the flavors of the tofu steak and poi were underwhelming. While we were more than willing to pay the high price for an exceptional meal, the quality of the food and the overall experience did not justify the cost. The only bright spot was our server, who was attentive and thorough in explaining the dishes. Unfortunately, this is not a place worth splurging on. Save your time and money; there are far better options elsewhere.

We chose to sit at at the Chefs table and would have preferred to watch our chef prepare the meals. Instead, we sat in front of a different chef and had very little chef interaction. Wasn’t worth the extra money to sit at the chefs table. However, he food was delicious and the experience was nice.
