We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tell the story of our island and the history behind it. A vegan tasting menu is also offered for guests with plant-based dietary preferences.

**Our Regular tasting menu is 6 courses for $120, and Plant-Based tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
-We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.

Nae Ogawa
Her career starts at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after she was flying to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Outstanding with vegan options. Innovative menu with locally sources ingredients. Natural wine selections as well as some more standard offerings (all by the glass). We sat at a hightop in the bar area, but it didn't feel like a traditional bar area. We did the ala carte menu, not the tasting.

we arrived 10 min early for our reservation,we were offered a seat at the bar but then we’re not checked in with until 30 minutes later. upon us wanting by then just the al a carte. with that it was apparent we were not really a priority for the service. unfortunately not a great place to spend your anniversary. would have been nice to have been seated at our reservation time, since they require a 50 dollar fee if your late! maybe our meal should have been 50 dollars off? hmmmm

The great experience in Hawaii among all dishes. If price is more accessible, I’ll enjoy more dinner in Hawaii. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t receive the recipe for alcoholic drink(FID st based yuzu something) I was promised from server.

This is a fabulous restaurant for foodies. Sat at the chefs counter and enjoyed watching the food preparation. Service is outstanding. Great place for special occasions.

Our party of six adults was seated at our table immediately upon arrival. Shelby was our fantastic server and worked with a great team. We enjoyed the regular tasting menu, natuRe pairing, and all three of the desserts shared among the six of us. Easy to converse in our dining area. Many delightful flavors and presentations. All the pairings were on target.

Best vegan food in Honolulu! This restaurant deserves a lot of credit, especially for vegan food. The dishes are loaded with flavors. Each dish contains a number of local veggies and herbs and has unique characteristics. It is recommended to make reservations ahead of time. There are two types of menus: tasting menu and a la carte menu. You can choose only one type. Even in the case of groups, a mix and match between tasting and a-la-carte is not allowed. For the tasting menu, I will recommend sitting on the bar top, if in small group. It is fun to watch the artwork. We dined here for 3 consecutive nights. We tried vegan and were not disappointed at all. Staff is friendly.

We had an early reservation for the ala carte menu. The selection was good and we had the single high to table available for the evening. Our server, Shelby, was gregarious and helpful and described dishes masterfully. The one glitch was too many appetizers served at once. A staggering of service is helpful for enjoyment and savoring of each dish. Good cocktail pairing options too with the delight of watching the cocktail master at work, especially if you choose bar seating.

We were so excited there was a vegan option since so many places don’t have much to offer vegans. The food and service was phenomenal! This was by far the best dining experience I’ve had since I can’t remember when- elevated food, drinks, service, locally sourced and the drinks were perfectly paired with the courses. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Honolulu.

Food was delicious. Love the commitment TK feature local/organic ingredients. Our server Shelby was the best! She made sure we always had what we needed and was able to accommodate our parties diverse requests. And with a smile and jokes! Great way to celebrate our mom’s birthday!

Food is awesome and unique. I enjoyed it a lot but the environment was a little warm. They leave the windows open for an open air feel. There was a light breeze and they do have an AC unit but still I was perspiring.

My partner and I celebrated our engagement here last night at the chefs table. The staff were super lovely and attentive, the food was incredible with just a dash of theatrics to make it a memorable night. We had the natural wine pairing with the regular menu, but my picky partner doesn’t eat seafood so they easily supplemented those with fish to the vegetarian version. Even better, it’s run by a highly organised and calm Female chef with mostly female kitchen. Loved it.

Fabulous wait staff. Nice ambience. Dishes are unique so can be hard to know what you are ordering, even after very diligent advice from the staff. We went twice and liked some dishes a lot, and could have done without some others. It would be an ideal place to bring a group and share dishes as some are best in small bites. Appreciate the vegan options.

We selected this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday because it has one of the best vegan options on the island. Unfortunately, my wife who is vegan, was served fish after specifically ordering a vegan menu and making our waitress aware of her dietary restrictions. This was addressed as a mistake by the waitress but it ruined our dinner, her birthday and worts of all it made her sick overnight. On top, I was still charged for my menu and wine pairing ($199) which I didn’t finish because we decided to leave after the second course. Not the experience we were hoping for to highlight our trip.

We had the tasting menu. The Kiawe Smoked Katsuo, oyster and Maui Nui venison were standouts. We sat at the counter and the service was impeccable. The wine pairing had some wine varietals that we weren't familiar with. Probably go with wine by the glass next time.

The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious. All of the drink pairings were perfect and complemented the flavors of each dish exactly. As always, bravo! Every visit is amazing an amazing experience from Chef Nae Ogawa. You have to try the wine pairing, since they usually have unexpected picks that surprise and delite the tastebuds with each pairing. You want local ingredients? They got it, and they do it so well. Wild boar from the Big Island served as a kakuni in a crepe. Or maybe Kauai grown sweet shrimp or amaebi in a watermelon, cilantro gazpacho sauce. Also kudos to the bartender for beautifully handcrafted cocktails that not only match the farm to table feel, but encapsulates everything Hawaii has to offer. A must go for anyone and everyone that supports local.

Based on the reviews for natuRe Waikiki , I was expecting a fabulous and delicious dinner . The food was salty and the brisket I ordered was NOT tender . What a disappointment !!!

This restaurant is a special place. Menu very creative and food sourced from local area. Wine pairings also very nice. Love being able to learn about each course and where the food is sourced. Did not at all feel rushed and servers were excellent. I do think that a desert could be included for the price of this tasting menu but I never hesitate to order one or two for the table. So nice to leave a tasting menu, with multiple courses not totally stuffed. Highly recommend this establishment.

美味しくいただいて、応援する、というwin-winの究極系のお店だと思います。昔からハワイに旅行している身として、ハワイの食材を活かしつつ、ここまで満足度の高い料理を提供する、というのは正直なところ目から鱗でした。とくに、ラストのメインディッシュは最高でした。ハワイのおいしい食材を味わいたい、という方は是非訪ねてみて下さい。
