We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins for A la carte / Petite Tasting($50～)

**Our Kai tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe Waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

We offer a seasonal tasting menu that highlights ingredients from our island, showcasing its history. We also have a vegan tasting menu for guests with plant-based diets. Our Regular tasting menu includes 6 courses for $120, while the Plant-Based menu has the same number of courses for $100. We can accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets. However, we are unable to cater to Vegan Gluten-Free diets. If you are a meat-eater with a gluten-free diet, please inform us when making a reservation 48 hours in advance. If you plan to bring children for the tasting menu, please let us know if they will be having the course menu as we do not serve a kids menu.

We had an incredible date night. Sitting at the Chef's Table elevated the dining experience, seeing the masters at work was an art form. Every little detail was carefully crafted and their attention to details were reflected in every delicious bite 🤌🏼. This is my second time and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Beautiful experience! We went at 5:30 and had a lovely dining experience! Each dish was exquisite! Though once the sun went down, the bugs outdoors was unbearable. Although this has nothing to do with how delicious and wonderful the overall resturant experience is, I’d highly suggest indoors for next time.

This was, hands down, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The food was outstanding - 10/5 stars. The servive was also incredible- the chefs were very kind and offered to answer any questions we had about the meal or their process, despite how busy they were. The servers were bery attentive, but not so much that it felt intrusive. The fromt-of-house manager was walking around and chatting; he was very kind. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary, and they surprised us with a beautiful dessert and took our pictures. Everything about our experience was abive ands beyond what we were expecting. It was worth every penny, and I would highly recommend this experience if you are able to!

What an experience! My wife and I had the tasting menu with wine parings and I would highly highly recommend dinning this way. The chefs were professional and personable, the front of house was prompt and their attention to detail was impressive. Would love to go back when we have the chance. 10 out of 10! Cheers

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this restaurant was recommended. The food was good and the service was outstanding. The add-ons we a little underwhelming, in our opinion. But everything else was wonderful. Sitting outside is a bit noisy if the restaurant downstairs is busy, but we enjoyed the atmosphere outside on a lovely evening.

What an unforgettable experience! Every dish was exceptional—beautifully prepared, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully presented. The entire team at Nature was warm, welcoming, and made the evening even more special. If you’re planning one memorable dinner in Waikiki, this is the place to book. The tasting menu stood out even more thanks to the use of locally sourced ingredients, which added an authentic and elevated touch to every bite. Highly recommended!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish; truly couldn’t have asked for a better first visit. Yuki, Lohee, and GM Anthony were nothing short of outstanding; attentive, engaging, and perfectly in tune with the atmosphere. Their warm hospitality effortlessly matched the stunning interior and elevated the already exceptional food. Every detail exceeded expectations. Had a terrific dinner date with my wife at natuRe. Every course was special and delicious. We both had the Hale tasting menu at the chef's table, which we recommend. Cocktails were also great and complimented the meal well. All of the servers and chefs were professional and friendly. The ingredients, the preparation, even the tableware were carefully considered. This place is not cheap, but you do get your money's worth. We plan to come back and try all the things we missed out on, like the truffle fries, which looked immaculate. Truly a special meal.

You'll truly love the flavors of the 6 course meal. It was over the top with presentation and flavor. I want this restaurant to be awarded a Michlen Star.
