   Food / cocktails and service amazing. The staff could not do enough for us. Big enough portions to share. Our desert was not great but the manager tried it - Apologised offered us alternatives and gave us a free rum on the house. My only slight comment is it went pretty chilly early evening so more heaters or just take something warm clothing to pop on. Will definitely recommend it and visit again….. please come to Birmingham….

   First time at Natty's but won't be the last time! Everything we had was fresh, delicious and really well priced. And the cocktails were awesome!

   Really enjoyed visiting Natty's food and Guinness punch were great.10/10 Most definitely will be visiting again soon 😊

   None of us really enjoyed our meal but we are jamaican. The food was not really authentic and the mac and cheese that I read all the good reviews on, I couldn’t even finish because it had one weird overpowering season. It was a familiar seasoning but can’t put my finger on it, I wanna say like a weird softer nutmeggy taste. Was horrible. Portion sizes are crazy small! Was honestly so disappointed. The plates are filled up with mostly this horrible “coleslaw” (no mayo in sight) so it was just red cabbage and random mango pieces everywhere. I had BbQ chicken and it was mainly skin all over my plate it was shredded very weirdly and had again, just a weird taste. My dad ordered jerk wings and I found them really nice however he says they was way too burnt. Pina Colada cocktail was unreal, BUT the menu lacks so much information, it doesn’t tell you what’s in these drinks or really anything on the menu. My mum got a side of sweet potatoe chips and couldn’t finish them because they came out smothered with this horrible sauce - doesn’t say on the menu. No music, you’d expect reggae music or something but no, the vibes were so dead. I don’t think i’ll be returning, the hype on socials needs to stop as this restaurant needs some serious adjustments. We spent about £100 in there and i’d say only about £30 worth was worth it😭 and they were the drinks.

   The atmosphere of the restaurant along with the first class service and food makes this an impressive place. Brilliant food

   Great place, nice food - but if you’re in a hurry, book a table as it gets very busy!

   Quality of food was unreal, authentic Jamaican flavour and great value for money, would highly recommend, only negative I would say is amount of just eat drivers just barging in, other than this could not fault the evening

    Great food that tastes like home cooked, polite and friendly service with a real feel atmosphere of a Caribbean beach hut. We had A jerk chicken box meal each with fried dumplings to share and loved every mouthful. Great food that really hits the spot. A must try
