Probably the best restaurant at Chukchansi. Chef Eli made one of the best Caesar Salads my wife and I have ever had. Great views. Great service by Laura. Highly recommended!

The Fried Calamari, Prawns, Artichoke Hearts, Garlic, Pepperoncini & Cipollini with Tarragon Caper Aioli & Marinara Sauce was excellent!! Perfect crispness with moist tenderness on the inside melted in your mouth. The fast and entertaining service was the highlight of the night!! She made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. We'd highly recommend that you request Laura Y. when ever you go. A+ to her and the cooking.

Veal Parmagiana is excellent. Chop is huge. Suggest 2 people split. Plenty of food. Ambience, decor, service, all excellent. A dinner treat for adults who care to have an actual conversation. But if you have young adults, ok too!
Delicious dinner and they made our anniversary very special with rose petals on the table and a fabulous dessert!

Sunday buffet was excellent, for the price you get your money's worth, many types of seafood, caviar, sushi, meats, omlets made to order, desserts. Staff was excellent, Brent the waiter made sure we had everything, Heather the manager even came by and made sure everything is perfect. Definitely a must for the best buffet around.

Calamary was excellent, finally someone knows how to make it right, it was so tender it melted in your mouth, my lasagna was superb , wife's clams we're a little tough, Heather the manager emeaditly replaced it, her chicken dish was excellent, Jaimie our waitress was excellent and did a superb job, A+ to them
We had dinner at Navitos to celebrate my mom’s retirement and we are so happy we did! Our server, Jamie, was so attentive without being overbearing. We had the calamari for appetizer and honestly, I have never tasted such a tender calamari in my life! Our entrees were equally delicious- my mom had the shrimp scampi pasta, my dad and I had the Zuppa de Pesce and my daughter had the grilled banzino- ALL were delicious!! We all had to taste and share with each other. The waitstaff took extra steps to make my mom feel so special. My parents live nearby and will definitely be returning in the future! They were so excited to find such a fine dining gem so close by! Well worth the short drive from Merced to Chukchansi!
We were very warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. The service and food was beyond my expectations. The Vintage was over booked so this was our second choice, we’re very happy that the second choice was better than the first that evening. We will definitely be going back!
Service was bad, but the food was excellent. Hostess was not at post when we came for reservation. When the waiter came to take our order we had not even been given menus yet. We were a party of four but only had place settings for two. The food took a long time to arrive and when the waiter finally brought it out he was not giving the right plate to the correct person. My husband and daughters boyfriend literally had to switch there steaks with their own hands right in front of the waiter. He never offered to take the plates back and due a switch he just left line it wasn't his problem.
Once we all had the correct plates and we tasted the long awaited food it was delicious. We absolutely all loved our meals, just not the service that was provided. Its hard to say if i would come back or not. This is a pricey place to eat. I dont mind paying the price, bit i think the service needs to fit the price.

Mother’s Day brunch was great! Our server was friendly and efficient. The seafood was good, especially the giant shrimp with a myriad of cocktail sauces. I wish the crab legs weren’t still frozen though. The bottomless bellinis is always a great touch for any special occasion. Window and outdoor seating can’t be beat.
My wife and I had a nice dinner here the other night. The restaurant is located on the southwest edge of the resort, so it has a great view of the late spring sunset, with lots of window seating along the open bar. We had a great meal, with a perfectly prepared calamari appetizer with deep fried artichokes, their signature salad, halibut (for her), and bone-in pork chops with a cherry reduction sauce (for me), finished by a tiramisu prepared in a large martini glass. All really yummy, with generous portions. Our server Jaime, was fun, attentive, and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better evening!
The food was outstanding. We are already looking forward to our next meal there.
We had a fabulous brunch! The seafood was fresh, loved the sushi, shrimp, caviar & panini, French toast, made to order omelet and strawberry crepes flambeau. Enjoyed so much will definitely return!

William the bartender was wonderful with great service. My wife and I had later reservation for a table but William was so attentive, we stayed at the bar.
The appetizer, meatball with Italian bread, was delicious! Drinks were also great! Left him a big tip!!
The food was awesome. We had the special sea bass. The only thing I would knock them down about was that they didn’t want to accommodate people with gastric surgery in regards to small portion. Had to share a plate with my husband. Which he didn’t get what he wanted.
This is a Jem of a restaurant. Best Italian Restaurant around. Dishes prepared beyond
expectation. Fantastic wine selection. Very clean staff very professional and the chefs
behind the scenes take pride in preparing dishes.
Nice quiet restaurant with views of the area. Mix of regular and high seating. Enjoyed very much that there were no children there: did we just get lucky? Buffet has just the right number of choices so that you aren't overwhelmed. Seafood was beautiful and the Pacific oysters delicate and bring. Sushi was good, but I am not a fan of the sauces that seem mandatory on rolls now...hides flavor. Carving station had perfectly cooked Gam, beef, lamb! Italian sausage! Dessert table had delicate pastries and small mousse portions. Crepes available. Attentive service and very good quality food. Will be going back!

I went for the seafood and was very happy with the king card, oysters, clams and mussels. It was fun trying the different caviars. Great view from the high tables in the bar area. Friendly service too. We will certainly be back soon.
